(This was after an attempt with a visit to Pyramid computer service only to find out the hours posted are not the hours followed. Not a good way to run a business.) An appointment was set up with Glen, (the Alaska Computer Guy) to drop off the computer and the computer was fixed and done the following day. Sweet!
