Unless it is special ordering parts, he usually has it back to me in 24 hours. Recently, I asked for advice on a data recovery project and he spent 10 minutes to thoroughly answer my questions and didn't charge me anything so I am writing him a review positively because he saved me tons of hours going down a rabbit hole trying to fix a data recovery problem that would have been impossible without his advice.
