In less than a week - I had a diagnosis as well as a few different options ahead of me. Gary explained in great detail the pro's and con's of the options provided and even made a recommendation. I opted to replace with a re-manufactured engine (that came with a 3 yr/100,000 mile warranty). Carmen - who was an angel to work with throughout the entire process - quoted me a time frame of less than a week from the day they take delivery of the engine. Less than week later (including a holiday) - I get a call to come pick my truck up it was fixed. I get there - my truck runs better than it did the day I picked it up from the dealership. Gary must have spent a good 45 minutes talking me through all of the things he noticed, his extensive testing, explanation of next steps to break the engine in, the free oil change they threw in, etc. I go back into the office and Carmen had everything lined up and stepped me through all of the paperwork that came with my new engine as well as guided me through the steps to get the warranty registered to me. She even told me to call them if I notice anything crazy with my truck and they would have me towed in at their expense - just to be safe!!! Needless to say after they replaced said pads and rotors the brakes continued to squeal. They suggested it would go away "shortly after driving a bit", but if not, they'd return and "oil them". When the squealing continued "after a bit", I contacted them again and heard nothing back. I tried again and was told they'd been sick, but promised to stop by that evening. They never showed. I contacted them again, but did not receive the courtesy of a response. Now I question the money I paid that did not solve the problem and their lack of responsiveness or accountability for stopping my brakes from squealing and following through with what they promised to do to make it right. I no longer recommend these guys so please disregard my earlier glowing review!

After dropping my car off, I got a call 30 minutes later (when I was nearly home) saying the mechanic "wouldn't touch it" because "too much work had been done and there'd be too many things to check." That reasoning makes no sense -- those are the same components they'd have to check anyway to diagnose the problem, whether I replaced them or not. After visiting their new location, it's clear they've shifted focus to easier, low-risk jobs on higher-end vehicles. They wasted my time and gas for nothing. I used to trust this shop, but it's not the same place anymore. If you actually need a real diagnostic or meaningful repair work, go somewhere else.
