We booked the Paint & Sing on a Saturday 1:30-5 pm slot for $55/prn. It included music entertainment, painting experience, and karaoke. It's BYOB and you are welcome to bring snacks as well. Door opens at exactly 1:30 pm (it's locked prior to that) and upon entering, there's a check-in counter where you get your apron for painting and coat rack to hang your coats. Then you are directed to your table which it's already set up with paint supplies and a blank canvas. Very lively and hip vibe. Our painting instructor was wonderful and we were entertained the entire time. There's no bad seat in the room as they had a stage with camera where the instructor showed step by step on painting. There were TVs all around the room for each table to follow without issues. We take breaks throughout the session to allow paint to dry and time for dancing and singing. The time flew and we were promptly done by 4:30. Extra time remained for pictures and clean up. I highly recommended it for a girls gathering, birthday celebration, or just a fun thing to do. It's that time of year again - annual retreat for work!…read more Last year was our inaugural retreat and as 2024 Retreat Planner I created an immersive arts n crafts Afro futurist healing experience. I was really amped that our ED continued that tactile, creative vibe this year by booking us some time at the pottery. The last time I sat at a potters wheel was in 8th grade and my mom STILL has the flower pot cum remote control holder 32 years later. I was psyched to get back to it. Here's the rundown: A LOT is possible in a little over an hour. Our instructor Karen was phenomenal. A former teacher, she had a real knack for instruction and worked well with our group of adult learners. So much so that she glossed over our 12 yr old giggles about the ahem "shapes" all of the pottery wheel clay starts as. IYKYK. And if you don't, you'll find out. We had the opportunity to make 2 pieces: one from the wheel and another from the table. Once the pieces are done and colors selected, Karen will fire in the kiln for pickup at a later date. The space is gorgeous - yall know how I pine for my college days in New England. Close your eyes and it's like you're in the verdant forests of Vermont. The space is clean and well-lit with enough room to move around. It's easy to lose childlike wonder and fearlessness as we age. I love places where adults can explore, make mistakes, and fall in love with a new craft or hobby. And Karen has a wonderful way of making you feel confident, artistic, and determined as you learn something new. I definitely see myself coming back here alone or with friends. I can't say enough wonderful things about this experience!

We have had the great fortune of seeing some good productions here and the process is very easy. The website is user friendly and there is always a smiling face at will call. There are snacks for purchase and two gender-neutral bathrooms in the theatre. Further, the next door dorm is sometimes open for overflow. The theater is cozy and there doesn't seem to be any bad seats. The set productions are top notch considering the restraints of a small stage. We are introducing some friends to the theater for a show in August 2019 as the box office was gracious enough to change our original two night performance tickets to afternoon and add two more. Plenty points for an accommodating approach to customer service.

The sign is fairly small, and the entrance is on the side of the building, but there's plenty of parking. It's a nicely designed play space with plenty to keep young children entertained, making it a great option on rainy or very hot days. Features include: * Arcade games * Ball-dropping machine with interactive features * Large seating area with plenty of tables * Slides and climbing challenges * Tiny Town play area with a grocery store, police station, and medical office, complete with dress-up costumes and accessories * Two ball pits (one for toddlers and a larger one for older children) * Two-story obstacle course The facility is clean, well organized, and laid out so it's easy to keep an eye on the kids. The children especially liked the large interactive ball pit with its digital screen. Day passes are $16.99 for children ages 0-2 and $21.99 for ages 3 and up. Grip socks are required, so we had to purchase two pairs for $3.50 each. The staff was friendly and helpful, but seemingly strict about enforcing the rules. We were told that outside food, snacks, and even water are not permitted, so everything must be purchased on-site. Waivers are required, which is standard for places like this. I completed ours online before arriving, but they didn't appear in their system, so I had to fill them out again. Our total for two children came to $56 after the required socks, a credit card fee, and a "convenience fee." Overall, this is a very nice facility and a welcome addition to the area. Since she has a background in physical therapy, she knows how to instruct her students (as well as what to look for) so they don't strain or hurt themselves doing the exercises. Yes it's a small space, but I personally prefer a private, serene environment to workout in.
