It wasn't about paying extra, but rather the disrespect and offensiveness of the staff that ruined the experience. We ended up paying for everything but decided to leave without eating. The staff's behavior was completely unacceptable. We felt uncomfortable and even worried that the staff might do something to the food out of spite. To make matters worse, my 3-year-old even said, "This place is bad." This establishment claims to offer an "all-you-can-eat" experience, but their real goal seems to be to charge customers while preventing them from enjoying the food. If you can't run a buffet properly, then don't advertise it as such. And if you're going to impose such strict and rude policies, at least treat your customers with respect. We will never return and strongly recommend that others avoid this place as well. It seems our experience aligns with the negative reviews from other customers. I have been to several other all you can eat sushi buffet but never got a feeling anyone was keeping tabs on how much you are eating.
