I don't like that each lot can only fit one vehicle. Although the park does offer alternate parking in the lot right outside the campground. It's an inconvenience if we leave at separate times. Most rv'ers have more than one vehicle. I understand with smaller spaces, it was easier to fit more spots. It would be nice to have some spots with a double parking space (even if there was an extra monthly charge of $25-50). I would say this is more of a retiree RV park. Not many kids around. So it made it harder with having the little ones. I think some people forgot what it was like being a kid. Everyone we came across was nice. But I don't think as understanding when it comes to the noise that comes with the younger kiddos. Almost every RV has a dog.

" I need to see him to determine if you can stay" We even have a DNA test but the minute you say "Mixed Breed" immediately it's aggressive. I'd like to see her credentials!!! What is up with this place? Military OP is NOT the problem, at least not compared to other base campgrounds. I have to admit, I love the area but, I'm glad my son is being transferred, at least no more Patrick Campground Protocol.

You can tell that a lot of love has been put in the decor because it evokes a feeling of seaside relaxation. The cottage is impeccably clean. The kitchen has a coffee, tea maker and mini fridge. It also has two beach chairs and umbrella. The beach is literally across the street. The outside patio is serene with a beautiful koi pond. The unit we rented was oceanfront in Cape Winds. It was really nicely decorated (must have been renovated quite recently) - new kitchen, fully stocked beach closet, huge TV's. My kids loved that it was right on the beach and I was happy with my book and glass of wine on the balcony!! Would definitely recommend searching their website, I was super surprised by the amount of choice, seems to be the most in the area.

They ran out of bacon and sausage and it was supposed to be a brunch which they closed up rather quickly instead of leaving it open for the duration of the trip, but it was it took a really long time to get a frozen drink where the bartender continue to serve everyone else that was in line 1st, so she could reduce the length of the line versus stopping and making a piña colada which mind me I was first in line. The captain was extremely rude, screaming at a boat that was passing us on the wrong side when he was getting ready to dock, he could've handled that better, and he also screamed at a 97-year-old woman that was in the front of the boat world to move because she was in his way. Luckily, the lady was hard of hearing so a family member was able to ask her politely to move over which is something the captain should've done, but he was extremely rude. Thank goodness it was not my mother or he would've gotten an earful. There's a lot of things that they could do to improve this cruise and they should because it's a really nice event to hold for a special occasion or a midnight cruise. They just need to listen to the people that have input and change some things for the better.

First, I would like to say that Jaclyn the owner of unit 206 was great and so was her unit. It was…read morevery clean, spacious and the location was one of the best we have ever stayed at. Beach access was fantastic. It was well stocked, everything worked and we had no issues. The onsite manager on the other hand was unlike anything we have ever experienced. First, he constantly hounded people for having drinks at the pool (not even in the pool). These were guests just quietly sitting on the lounge chairs and pool tables trying to enjoy their vacation. No glass bottles, not making any noise, yet he was constantly telling them no drinking was allowed even though it was in a closed container. The next day his wife saw a speaker at the pool and asked another guest what kind of music they were playing, and they said 'none right now.' She replied 'good because she preferred not to hear any music at all.' Everyone was just minding their own business having a relaxing time except for them nagging the guests. On one of our first days there we heard him tell another guest to remove their towels from the pool railing because 'they don't do ghetto here.' On our last day, my wife was sitting at the pool drinking a bottle of water and eating a small pack of crackers. She literally had finished one cracker when he came out and told her eating wasn't allowed at the pool. He told her 'she should be a better example to her children and follow the rules.' He then asked what unit she was in and called the owner who sent me a message apologizing if he was rude to us. I explained to her he was just a complete jerk. He then came back to the pool later to 'yell' at some other kids for having a 12 inch round float. He said 'rafts aren't allowed in the pool.' I told him that wasn't a raft and he should let them have some fun. He said 'I don't make the rules, I just enforce them.' I told him that no one will come back the way he treats guests. He said 'if you don't like the rules, go get a place at the Days Inn.' I told him if everyone did that he would be out of a job. He said 'that is just fine, with Covid-19, I prefer no one to be here anyway.' He then threated to get the condo president and I told him I would love to talk to her. After him threatening to get her, he said 'she probably didn't have time...' So if you prefer to have a 'bully hall monitor' micro-manage you on vacation, this is the place for you! It is a real shame he is the face of such a beautiful property!
