Staff was friendly. Not bad for a small vacation. Unit was too small and had water from a thunderstorm put about an inch of water on the bedroom floor by morning. They came out and replaced some defective siding, however, they covered half of the trailer with a tarp for a week while they fixed it. No credit for the inconvenience. A little pricey($1800/mo+monthly electric bill) for what you get but enjoyed our stay while we were there. Just not a long-term rental place, in my opinion. read more

Usually I just review food locations, but I guess it would be helpful for other locations also. We stayed at Joy RV park in Cocoa Florida for a handful of days. With a large RV we were able to navigate the route into the park and into our site. Hookup was easy and we settled in quite fast. Location: Although Cocoa may not seem like a 'happening' location, it was nice and quiet for our stay. Lots of campers/RVs in the park and no noise. Barely seen anyone else to be honest. Bathrooms: Clean every day. Showers: Clean and water was nice and hot Cost: Appropriate cost for the season, which could have been higher since the snow birds are settling in right now and that's when the rates go up. Staff: super friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this park! Call ahead of time to reserve a spot because as we are finding out, places fill quickly. read more

Booked one night for class A 40'. This facility is not for class A MHs. Far too small. Pictures do NOT match actuality. Wish we had been told when we booked. They were far more concerned with the size of our dogs. Most everyone there seemed long term and very put out when we came rolling in having to ask permanents to move their cars so we could park our rig. read more

This place is great if you want a relaxing, "end your camping evening at 9 pm" type of place. Quiet hours are 9pm- 9 am so if you have kids, or expectations of staying up past that time, I'd suggest a different park. Fairly clean place, but the amenities are outdated. Pool closes at dusk so again, if you have kids I'd recommend another park. read more

This is a nice place & everyone was really nice. It's more of a long stay type of place though. Felt like we were invading on people's homes as we just came for a quick weekend visit, the quiet time starts at 9pm which is pretty early in my opinion compared to most places starting at 10:30pm. It was pretty pricey too. $50 a night. Not our type of place to camp so we won't be back but the pool was nice and everyone was super nice! If you're looking to stay longer than a weekend or week then this might be the place for you! read more

We stayed almost a month and it was great. Extremely quiet RV Park which I love. The office attendant was super nice and friendly and very accommodating. WiFi was the absolute best and with me and my kids working and school from home, it never buffered or lagged. The pool was clean and kid friendly. You could still hear 95 however way better then Sonrise next door. You also have Camping World across the street and they are really nice as well. read more

Very nice park to stay at for the night or even long term. Front desk employees are very nice and helpful. The bathrooms, pool and clubhouse are immaculately clean. There are nice cabins for rent in addition to RV spots. The quiet hours do start at 9 but that's normal for the area they are in. And it's nice to have a quiet evening without people partying and being disruptive like a lot of places. read more

Wonderful park to stay in, We stayed in a park model and it was clean and furnished well. very affordable vs. a hotel, with your own parking spot, nice laundry facilities. trees surround the park to keep wind and road noise low. pet friendly park. The park manager Polly gives 120% you can walk or bike locally plenty of eateries in the surrounding area, just ask the regulars in the park. close to 95 and toll road to Orlando. Cocoa beach area and space center is within 20 min. read more

First of all this park is NOT closed I am staying here 10/23/18. The park gives a considerable amount of money to charity to orphans..The owners/managers are extremely friendly and the park is very clean. Fairly easy to find and close to Route 95 so it is extremely convenient. Pool is heated and clean. Prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it and come again. On our trip down from Upstate NY to and Fort Lauderdale this was the best campsite out of the bunch. read more

Ms. Polly was great and very helpful when we decide to visit Melbourne, FL for a dog show. The other parks near the show were either full or not helpful in accommodating us and our camper. But Ms. Polly and her husband was very helpful and understanding even when we arrived rather late thanks to us being delayed in leaving. We stayed two nights and we enjoyed our stay! They were friendly to us and our dogs. The park was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable. We will be staying again if we ever make it down that direction. read more

This is a great place to stay.. The spaces are large. The park and facilities are very clean. The owners are great. It is reasonably priced. We had to leave a little early and they were understanding. (We did have a family emergency.) Did not use the pool so no idea about it. The Park is right off I-95. Very conveniently located. Just follow signs into park. We will come back here when we visit the area again. read more

We stayed at Joy RV Park in Cocoa, Florida during the month of July, 2018 for about 10 days. The folks here could not have been more helpful, kind, and considerate. From Dave, the park host and our next door neighbor, to the lovely ladies in the office that were so kind, this place made us feel at home. We didn't use the pool but plenty of others were keeping cool and having fun there. The grounds, showers and the laundry areas were neat and clean and we enjoyed our stay here very much. read more

What an amazing campground. Super sweet and honest host. Mr. Ken and his lovely wife were the ones to help us. They promptly answered the phone (even though we were late arrivals)- they even waited, guided us to our spot, and helped us park the campers. What a shame we only stayed one night, as we are passing through, but it was a pleasure to stay there. Quiet, safe, well taken care of campground. Highly recommend. read more
