So far so good! Got the referral from a woman in Va. said. This was a beautiful campground. Only been here one night, but seems to be true. Haven't had time to check it out. Getting ready for a wedding, but the water and the sunshine is beautiful. The place is packed, we probably got the last place. There is a bit of construction, but it happens. Gates were closed last night and we had to go in the out gate, but all the cars were running it and no code needed. Security must only be for the daytime.

It's only a half mile walk to the beach and fishing pier

Their best feature is the location. I wish the reservation software had more details. I ended up with 30amp when I needed 50 amp. There was barely enough room for my 31 foot motor home. The lot was not level at all. I had to find some lumber and spent about an hour trying to level it. It had no sewer when I thought I was paying for full hookup. Finally, it's too dusty for me. Instead of fine sand they need a small gravel.

Our attempt at some sunset fishing. #Seahawks all over.

My 1 Hour drive is worth it. Sam got a new pole and tackle box for Christmas and my neighbor strong it up for us so we decided to put it to use. It was an 80° day, why not?

Jetty camp ground is a great spot for beach camping. The grounds are very wheelchair friendly and allow for ease of access through talk the trails, boardwalk, camp store, etc. The amenities are very clean, and the campground is well kept. The staff is super friendly and go out of they're way to make your visit enjoyable. The private beach is so beautiful and very clean. They have beach wheelchairs on-site for access and enjoyment. I actually almost like it better than Cocoa public beach. The fishing pier is very accessible and makes for great fishing and a gorgeous view of the jetty, boat life, and wildlife. I highly recommend Jetty Park & Campground for local visitors, vacationers, and anyone looking for an enjoyable day in the sun.

Rv and tent camping, white sand, fishing, sea turtles, beautiful sunsets, and wild cat packs roaming the park. Camping doesn't get much better.

Our first time camping in our new used travel trailer! LOL

The campground was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The proximity to the beach and the fishing pier could not be beat! The water was beautiful! The only improvement on the grounds I could offer is to air condition the showers and the restrooms. There is nothing worse than taking a shower and coming out wetter than you were IN the shower, because you perspire like crazy when you get out!! The restrooms are so hot and humid! I would definitely return though... But in cooler weather.

The park is ok, could be better. The bonus is the beach. Walking distance and private access. However do not let the pictures fool you. Dogs are NOT allowed at the beach. What a bummer. We thought dogs could come because of the pics previously posted. The campsites are small. The house keeping in the restrooms were terrible. There is a sign that says cleaning between 11-12pm. We never saw anyone come to clean the restrooms. They were very dirty at all times. However there was plenty of soap, and other necessities, so you know someone was keeping an eye on that, but they never cleaned them. We'll come back especially for the beach access and the area attractions. Thankfully we have a smaller travel trailer and our own restroom.

This is a new eyesore at the end of the pier.

Worst customer service at the front gate. Had me wait in the hot sun with a newborn child rather than let me pick someone up.

We had horrible weather that cut our trip short, and the fish just started biting right when it was time to leave, but I do not hold that against them as they can't control nature. We did catch our limit of kings, couple Atlantic sharpnose sharks, and three remora. Lost two kings. We went out with Captian Zach on the Under Fire. He was a cool dude who found us some big fish and kept us out longer than all the other captains due to the rough seas and incoming weather. I'd definitely fish with him again. For anyone wondering how to fly their fish home, it's pretty easy. Publix down here sells dry ice for about $1.50/lbs. You can have a max of 5.5lbs of dry ice in your checked luggage, no "water" ice allowed. Buy a $7 styrofoam cooler from the marina, put your fish in it with the dry ice on top, fill with bubble wrap so it doesn't move, tape the cooler shut and then wrap with bubble wrap, pop a "vent hole" through the bubble wrap and cooler, then throw it in a box and tape it shut, and put a note on the box that says "Contains Dry Ice" and TSA will let you check it with any airline. I looked and looked for a business that would vacuum seal our fish and freeze it, and pack it for us to fly home and I couldn't find one. Captain Zach was happy to fillet our fish for us which was awesome and convenient. I'd have paid extra if Fired Up would buy a company vacuum sealer and let the captains seal it up in two pound portions hint hint ;-) Fish keeps so much longer in vacuum bags not that this is gonna last very long as we will eat it fast. We will definitely be back for more fishing in the future.

It was just as good as the first one. The chow was slightly better than the last trip, but this day trip was more expensive. I HAD A GOOD TIME. So here is what it costs: 1 Adult: $118 (Full Day trip from 8AM to 5PM) And here is what you get: Breakfast & Lunch Unlimited Soda Use of a standard Rod & Reel with Tackle Fishing License for the day Free Parking Dead Sardine and Squid Bait provided This boat is smaller than my last trip, so there is a lot more rocking! I did not see many fish caught. It seemed that everyone fed a lot of bait to the fish. The fish are very adept at nibbling and stealing the bait without taking the hook. I did get one good strike and played it for about 20 seconds, but the line snapped and whatever it was took the bait and the hook. I could complain that I did not catch a fish to take home and eat, but I will not. This is called "fishing", not "catching". It is not a sure thing to bring home anything. Big fish don't get big by being stupid! I simply enjoyed my time at sea VERY MUCH. The CREW was EXEMPLARY. VERY PATIENT and EXPERIENCED. They are masters at untangling crossed fishing lines. They also provided valuable information on how to properly handle and secure your hook, as well as how to properly bait the hook. The GALLEY CHEF provided SIMPLE FOOD that was TASTY and SATISFYING. Be sure to tip them well. I also met many nice people on the boat from all walks of life and enjoyed talking to them!

Because I…read morestarted on Trip Advisor and forgot this one (forgive me fellow Yelpers, Scott deserves love from both sites!). OK, I could write for hours on how great the trip was, how on top of things Scott was and how many big fish we caught but I think you get the idea - it was a great day! We reserved Captain Scott's services for an outing over Father's Day weekend. He dropped his nets and hat us bait fish in no time flat and then we were off. No sooner than he dropped a line in the water for us, we were pulling up a nice big Rainbow Runner. Over the day we caught our fair share of fish and I was eating Cobia out of my freezer for weeks. If you're wondering how much different a charter boat is from a "party boat" like the Miss Cape Canaveral and Orlando Princess, I'll put it like this. One of my catches on the Charter boat had more meat than ALL of the fishes I've caught on over 10 outings on those party boats...combined! I'm spoiled now and I'll most likely never step foot on anything but Scott's boat for charter fishing now. When we mentioned who we went with around other fishermen, they all knew Scott and told us we picked right. Everyone Knows Scott, it seems. Tips: Bring your own cooler, drinks and food. Bring some sunscreen and a hat Captain Scott's got the rest I truly have nothing bad to say about the outing and I have already booked him for the Saturday before Father's Day 2015 so back off, it's mine!

Some people are afraid or allergic, so he doesn't automatically bring him. We're dog lovers and Tank was the deciding factor when looking at the different options. It was an extremely pleasant trip. We booked a half day which was goes way too fast. Definitely recommend a full day if your time and budget allows. The dock is easy to find and there's plenty of parking which made things easy. After getting out of the channel, our first stop was for bait fish. If you're not an experienced fisherman or want to bring the family, Scott makes it very easy and sets everything up. So, on the first stop, we were dropping the line with light tackle and immediately getting hits of two fish per line. Not much of a fight, but it's like a full day of porgy fishing off Long Island condensed into 15 minutes. We filled the live bait well with about 20 sea trout and a couple of croakers and moved on. No need to go on and on, but we hit the limit on King Fish and got a Bonita. The bigger king Fish and the Bonita gave us a good fight and took some time to get in the boat. Tremendous fun!! Highly recommend.
