The beds were a bit stiff, but not bad, lots of pillows to choose from and the sheets were alright, a bit loud when you moved but comfortable. One really nice perk was the complementary house coats in the room, that was a nice touch. The gardens are so nice it almost makes you want to pretend you know something about plants. On-site restaurant? Yep. Tasty food just steps away. The staff are amazing--friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem to care if you're having a good stay (rare these days). There's a pool and hot tub, which is a win, and the beds and pillows are so comfortable it's honestly hard to leave in the morning. If I had to dig deep for a complaint, I guess I could say there's no microwave. But unless you're planning to live off popcorn and reheated pizza, you'll survive just fine. Already looking forward to stay #6!

I spoke to the Manager and she said I could choose to have a good day or bad day over this. Wow. The poor customer service example starts at the top.
