    Pride Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich

On a sun day there is nothing better than stopping by Joy and getting one of their ice cream sandwiches. They are the perfect size and such amazing flavors combined with the cookies being macarons. Their service is so great, letting you try as many flavors as it takes to help you decide. They also do super cute custom macarons. Recently one was made with a Big Tex on it to celebrate the state fair. I always love coming here and bring friends every time. Love you JOY! Keep up the great work!

We stayed at the Westin and they had a cooler with these macaron ice cream sandwiches. I had been eyeing them a few days and had to try the cereal milk before we headed out. My mom had a vanilla bean and I tried it as well. If you see these around or have a chance to get to their store I highly recommend. The macaron cookie is soft and delicious. The ice cream is also soft and the perfect match with the macaron. I love the flavor options as well

Super chik store with delicious treats. I tried the salted caramel macaron which the caramel center was the best part. I had a scoop of the cookie dough which had cookie dough from a variety of different cookies and the scoop was generous. Very creamy and tasty. Lastly I tried the cereal macaron ice cream sandwich and that was good as well. It's fun to try different desserts and these were delicious! The server was helpful and sweet. I highly recommend!

Listen listen the macarons are GREAT. But did you know all their ice cream is gluten free AND you can get a gluten free waffle cone?!?!

My son and I stopped in here again today because we were craving some good macarons and found this place was the best! We both enjoyed an ice cream sandwich. He had a vanilla and vanilla one and I had the cereal milk one. They were both delicious. Then we took a dozen regular macarons to go so my husband and the two of us can enjoy this week. The store is so cute and well organized, and the worker was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again soon I hope!

Overall I'd recommend JOY. The shop is so cute. Even the entry door is cute. The staff was friendly and patient. The macarons themselves were good, not the best I've ever had but still pretty tasty.

I LOVED the macaron ice cream sandwich!! A little gimmicky? Sure, but I loved it. I also got a small box of macarons which we enjoyed but were not the best I've ever had. The shop is cute, clean, and efficient. Don't walk by outside too fast or you might miss the door.

I had a really interesting night ahead of me one night so I decided I needed sweets after all was said and done. I really love the delivery guy making the trek in the rain. I'm gluten intolerant and I didn't have any issues after eating these. I got the honey lavender flavor. All six of them. I love the unique flavors of macarons. And the lovely note that my order came with made me smile. One day I will be back for more joy.

Macaron ice cream sandwiches are one of my favorite desserts. I enjoyed the ones I tried today.

Nestled within the Shops of Clearkfork is a pretty dang good Macaron place. As soon as you walk in you're hit with the aroma of flavorful Macarons, which leads you to think "I would like one of each, please" At this location, the Macarons are split into two sections - the holiday/seasonal Macarons and the ones available everyday. If there is a particular flavor you are craving that is seasonal, be sure to call in to see if they have it. If you're craving something cold, you can get an ice cream macaron. 6 different flavors are available- I had gotten the cereal milk, which had cereal milk ice cream and a fruity pebble coating. After eating it I pretty much died- it was so good. If you're eating dinner in that area JOY is the best option.

I've walked past this little gem for a year or so almost weekly but have never gone in. But after seeing this beautiful post on Instagram, I drove down the street to enjoy their advertised Gluten Free Ice Cream Macaron!! And they are Gluten FreWhoa! My son (who is GF) LOVED them! They are very filling so I suggest splitting them unless you have a big appetite for ice cream. Update: Try the coffee! YUM!

Such a simple but pretty little shop! The ladies working were lovely. I purchased the smallest tiered tower (around 100$). I asked for a least one of each and then add the specialties as all the extra. Super sad to realize they gave me a LOT of lavender (which is kind of gross, maybe that's why) and only one of each specialty cookies. So I guess just get specific ones and pay attention to what they pack.

    Yum!

This place is amazing! Such delicious macarons and great service! I'm very impressed with both the quality of macaron and staff. I brought some friends here for dessert. One of my friends is blind, so when I mentioned this to the staff here, they were super patient and kind to him and helped him decide what to get. I wish other establishments nearby had this good of service to our community and especially our disabled citizens. Definitely recommend this as a place to go!

I spent about two hours here working on business plans with a friend, and it was the ideal environment: peaceful, comfortable, and inspiring. We enjoyed a delicious lunch of two of their delicious sandwiches, that were every bit as satisfying as the ambiance. But the star of the show? The croissants. Their large croissants are genuinely the best I have ever eaten--flaky, buttery perfection. I'm planning to pick up a dozen for Thanksgiving today because they're just that good. Highly recommend this bakery for anyone looking for amazing pastries, a relaxing place to work or chat, and a little taste of Paris right here in Texas.

This might be, truly, the best croissant come across my tastebuds! If you're familiar with Lewisville, TX, you know for number of years some parts of it were run down and not taken care of. Vista Ridge Mall, was one of those neighborhoods that was neglected for years and sadly looks like a ghost town inside and out. I recently walked through this mall with family and it was sad to see what once was a very prominent shopping and dining place, became almost abandoned. So I thought. When you drive around the mall, you'll see a nice corner lot of the building, full parking lot that has a small town of its own. Full of Korean shopping and dining. You'll find a large, "Zion Food Market," and next to it... "Paris Baguette." As soon as you walk through the large glass doors, you're immediately be transported into French atmosphere. The fresh baked goods aromas are crowding into your nostrils. To your right is pastry galore options. "Prosciutto Fig & Goat Cheese Pizzetta," "Hash Brown Bread," "Pastry Franks," "Mini Grain Cream Cheese Pastry," "Mini Croissants," "Strawberry Croissants," "NY Cheese Tart," "Tiramisu Tart," "Sweet Rice Doughnuts," "Sausage Stick Bread," "Snow Bunny Cake," "Chocolate Strawberry Cake," "Red Velvet Cake," and surprisingly... so much more. The amount of fresh, handmade, pastries this particular location has can be overwhelming. You can walk around and try to find the perfect pastry for yourself and you'll find yourself lost in your inner desires. After walking around, on an empty stomach, trying to select the best pastry, I ended up settling on, "Prosciutto Fig & Goat Cheese Pizzetta," "Pastry Frank," and "Strawberry Croissant." When you place your order, you have such kind and friendly staff. They were extremely helpful in helping me with my large selection. "Strawberry Croissant," had fresh fruit with fluffy texture and sweet creamy filling. This might be, truly best croissant I've ever tasted. "Pastry Frank," was soft to the touch and the meat inside was evenly cooked that with every bite, it was a perfect dance combination for your tongue. Their New, "Prosciutto Fig & Goat Cheese Pizzetta," was very delicious. The large peace's of goat cheese, mix with other meats and seasonings made a perfect choice for a snack or a meal. In fact, costing under $6, I was full after eating it by itself. I had to take the rest of the pastries To-Go. Definitely recommend this location for pastries galore and friendly staff.

There was a bit of a line but it went reasonably quickly. Upon entry, you grab a tray and tongs, then make your way down the line of self-serve enclosed glass cases with shelves of fresh good. We chose a savory breakfast sandwich, an Almond Croissant and another sweet pastry. In line, the offered to heat our sandwich which we allowed. Then we ordered coffees, paid and sat down. A few minutes later, we walked back up to collect our coffees. The breakfast sandwich was tasty, though the ham and cheese in the center of the sandwich was untouched by the heating process. Next time, we'll ask for a longer heating cycle. The pastries were good. Not as good as made that morning in Paris, but better than most places we've been in the US. We also took some dessert pastries home for later that same night. My wife's was sort of ho-hum but mine was fabulous. I had what I guess would be a cro-nut?? Sort of like a doughnut that was made in layers of pastry, then cut out with a donut cutter. It had a filling in the center and had a sugary coating. SO GOOD! We'll be back to Paris Baguette and we'll try other items and for sure, we'll ask for our heated items to be heated a bit longer.
