This place is great! I'm 11 and a half and just got my phase one braces off, an I must say.. it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. The lady was very nice and polite, and when it hurt, she stopped, gave me a break, and made it less painful when she continued. And on top of that, on the way out they gave me a goodie bag with candy and popcorn! (They know the way to my heart!) I must say the employees are always nice, kind, and helpful. I am very happy with the service we've received from Dr. Jovanovski and all of the staff at her office. We went to five other dentists/orthodontists in search of a treatment for our child. The case seemed too complicated for most of the other doctors. I couldn't get straight answers from them. LUCKY ME!!! BOTH of my children are patients here with braces/expander. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are all cheerful and pleasant and ALL speak to you when you are there. Jovan Ortho is the best place I could have found to get my teeth aligned. As a 40-year-old attorney, my appearance in court is important. I received braces and Jovan Ortho coordinated expertly with a periodontist to get my eye teeth implants as well as Jovan Prosthodontics to smoothly transition into the implant crowns. They were completely flexible with my schedule that at times required me to change appointments times. Many people who have known me for years with the former "smile" have commented on how much it is improved. Also, during the time with braces, my health improved as I focused on my eating habits (which you have to do with braces). I am so HAPPY with my teeth! They are perfect! I had my braces on for two years and Dr. Jovan and her staff were always nice to me and always gave the best service! They completely worked with my schedule with me leaving for a few months and coming back to having to get them off a month early. They were able to get the job done with no problem and my teeth are so perfect! I have had an orthodontist in the past that is nothing compared to Dr. Jovan. I never experienced problems with my wiring stabbing my cheek and they were always available to see me if I had any questions. She is AWESOME and I definitely reccomend her! I came in for a consultation for teeth whitening. Right away I was impressed with the modern interior decor. The staff were extremely friendly and informative. I was even given a tour. The doctor was very informative and spent as much time with me as I needed, answering all my questions. I had the full mouth xray and also upper and lower molds made. The process went smoothly. I haven't had the procedure yet, so I can't speak to the results or the experience. However, something really impressed me and I wanted to share it before I forgot. As a new patient, I had to fill out all those forms you receive when you are new to a medical office. They handed me a clipboard with papers that were laminated. I looked at them curiously. Then, they handed me a dry-erase pen and asked me to fill everything out, sign, and bring it back. Next, they scanned it into the computer, erased the laminated forms and gave it to someone else. No wasted paper! I was so happy I told them so. As a person who does her best to recycle, and live a sustainable life I try to reward my business to companies who also do their part. I wondered why no one has ever thought of this process before. Simply brilliant. And brilliantly simple! read more

The staff is always friendly however, I have had my braces on for almost a year and Dr Jovan herself has looked at my teeth only once since they were put on. So, if you want to spend thousands to have dental assistant complete your treatment this is the place for you. On top of that appointments are hard to book, especially if you need to reschedule. I've recently moved and they have been awful to help me transition to a new office. Never returning phone calls and giving me the run around about how much money I have left over (I have already paid in full). They even had the nerve to tell me I might owe money! I paid for 18-22 months of treatment and have only completed 9!! Turns out they quoted for my return and now my actual return is more than $300 less!!! Absolutely poor customer service. On top of that my new orthodontist has showed me how poorly my treatment has been completed up to this point! I wasted thousands. Find a better place!! You will regret the choice to go here if you have anything other than cosmetic issues. Get your money's worth with a provider that knows how to run a practice. read more

We were really looking forward to the appointment we've had for almost two months now. My husband picked my daughter up after school and raced over there. They were 15 minutes late and they cancelled her appointment. 3:45p was the only appointment I was able to get and they can't understand that kids get out of school at 3:30p? Come on, it's the last appointment of the day!! How many times do we wait on doctors when they are running behind? Knowing that there will be several appointments during the course of our treatment... I'll find a place that is reasonable and truly puts customers first. read more

Love, love, love it here. The staff is professional, respectful, and cheerful. They have been on-time for all our appointments so far. The office is incredibly kid-friendly.
