Great great people that are practicing in full on mouth torture! Just kidding... what a great place (although for the money they should have seats of gold) it is really nice! Good people... very personal, very cheerful, and really kind. They are great with my son! He knew right where to go. He knew right what to do. Brushed his teeth at the station, jumped up in chair one and was done in 20mins. The kids waiting room has a big screen tv showing movies. It also has a big screen with a WII hooked up. Nice spot.. good people... great care! read more

Liz is AMAZING with my daughter. My daughter had expose and bond procedure performed in August of last year & has been going back in office every 2-3wks for chain pulling & Liz has been amazing from day 1. My daughter doesn't want to see any of the other techs. Liz is so patient and so kind. She truly understands my daughter and respects her boundaries and nerves. She works with her and takes her time so that my daughter can get through the appts. The office itself is clean & all staff is friendly. The appts are in and out too. We never wait longer than 5min at check in. read more

This place is great! I'm 11 and a half and just got my phase one braces off, an I must say.. it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. The lady was very nice and polite, and when it hurt, she stopped, gave me a break, and made it less painful when she continued. And on top of that, on the way out they gave me a goodie bag with candy and popcorn! (They know the way to my heart!) I must say the employees are always nice, kind, and helpful. I would recommend this establishment! read more

Dr. Jovan has exceeded the expectations as an orthodontist. Aside from the work she has done for my family today her and her office manager went out of their way to ensure that we felt valued as patients when faced with a frustrating experience. read more

Three years ago after shopping around for a family orthodontist, comparing prices & looking for a convenient location, we discovered Dr. Jovan's office. We immediately feel in love with the staff and Dr. Jovan. All of our ortho appointments are timely, Dr. Jovan is accessible, the staff really cares individually for each patient and the office atmosphere is relaxing. We tell all of our friends about Jovan. It's the best place to get the best smile in the greater Austin area! read more

My family has trusted the professional opinions of Dr. Jovan for many many years. We are a family that believes in a lot of investigation before we choose treatment with any doctor. We normally seek out multiple opinions before choosing doctors as we did in the case of orthodontics many years ago. My own daughter has been practicing in the dental field for almost 10 years and knows that their are many different ways to treat the same issue when it comes to medicine & even Orthodontics. However, she trusts the advise of Dr. Jovan above all others. We know that when Dr. Jovan diagnoses treatment she is only suggesting what she would do on her own children. She treats our grandkids and her other patients as if they were her own family members. No matter what path she feels is best to treat our grandchildren I know the result will be superior and heart felt. --Liz P. read more

I was referred by my daughter's dentist that she would need to visit an orthodontist. I didn't know what to expect. After my first visit my mind was put at ease. Dr. Jovan is so warm and caring, and her staff is so patient and understanding of all my questions and concerns. I really appreciate how clean the office is. Everytime I come I notice they are so careful about sanitizing everything. My daughter love it here, and so do I! thank you all so much!!! read more

Dr. Jovan did braces for me as an adult. My family says I smile so much more now and I am getting a lot of compliments. I have never before had anyone compliment my teeth!! It's new to me. When I started braces, I did not know what to expect because of my age, but I was made to feel really comfortable. At every single appointment Dr. Jovan spent a lot of time with me and was very attentive and caring to my many questions. I have not been to another doctor who has spent so much time with me. She also has a great staff. You can tell she respects how professional they are with her patients. They did a great job for me!!! I will recommend to all of my adult friends not to be afraid to change their smile because Dr. Jovan makes it a great experience and gives you amazing results!!-Bonnie read more

I am very happy with the service we've received from Dr. Jovanovski and all of the staff at her office. We went to five other dentists/orthodontists in search of a treatment for our child. The case seemed too complicated for most of the other doctors. I couldn't get straight answers from them. Dr. Jovanovski answered all my questions and recommended treatment that was specific for my child (not just the same treatment for every child, like the one-size-fits-all approach we encountered elsewhere). We're very happy with the results of the treatment and highly recommend Dr. Jovanovski and her team! They are very friendly and caring! read more

Dr. Jovan is great for families. She is very sweet and knows her stuff! The technology of Jovan is incredible which allows the teeth to move faster and easier. I 00% recommend this place. read more

The entire staff at Jovan are so friendly and make my daughter feel very comfortable at every visit. They make a point to explain what they are doing and why and educate us all the way. I would recommend Jovan to anyone for their orthodontic needs! read more

LUCKY ME!!! BOTH of my children are patients here with braces/expander. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are all cheerful and pleasant and ALL speak to you when you are there. They really make you feel welcome. I love the play area for the kids to wait, so that I can quietly enjoy a moment to myself in the waiting room. Dr Jovan explains everything in detail to not only me, but my munchkins so that they understand what is going on. I highly recommend this place! read more

I went to see Dr. Jovan for a consultation and I was greeted by her wonderful and friendly front staff. Her assistant was awesome, and when it came for my consult time, she was so patient and thorough- and took her time explaining my exam. She is very gentle and has a wonderful bedside manner. She didn't pop in and out, she stayed with me through my entire visit and answered every question I had. From the time I opened the front door, to the time I closed it, I was treated wonderfully. I am looking forward to getting my braces by her/her staff... read more

I've been going here for almost a year, and when I look back at old photos, and then look at my teeth now, there is SUCH an amazing improvement! Although they sometimes make my teeth sore and achy, it will definitely be worth the wait once I finally get them off. I know that my teeth are in great care, because I can see that they actually want to see my teeth get better and straighter. Thank you so much, to everyone at Jovan! read more

Jovan Ortho is the best place I could have found to get my teeth aligned. As a 40-year-old attorney, my appearance in court is important. I received braces and Jovan Ortho coordinated expertly with a periodontist to get my eye teeth implants as well as Jovan Prosthodontics to smoothly transition into the implant crowns. They were completely flexible with my schedule that at times required me to change appointments times. Many people who have known me for years with the former "smile" have commented on how much it is improved. Also, during the time with braces, my health improved as I focused on my eating habits (which you have to do with braces). I fully recommend Jovan Ortho for your family's orthodontic needs. read more

Before my 8 year old daughter saw, Dr. Jovan, we were told she would need surgery. Now we are looking at the end of her braces time period and she is one happy girl. Hard to believe that her teeth look amazing and she is more confident. Not to mention that her teeth are much stronger now. read more

I got my braces here and I 'm glad I did so. Dr. Sarah (aka: Dr. J) knows her stuff and tells it to you straight (Get it? Straight. Braces. OK, nevermind. Moving on.). Her staff is always smiling and do a good job at laughing at my bad jokes (see above). read more

I am currently a patient of Dr. Jovan and wanted everyone to know that if you are looking for a great Orthodontist and the best staff ever please go see them. I am so HAPPY with my teeth! They are perfect! I had my braces on for two years and Dr. Jovan and her staff were always nice to me and always gave the best service! They completely worked with my schedule with me leaving for a few months and coming back to having to get them off a month early. They were able to get the job done with no problem and my teeth are so perfect! I have had an orthodontist in the past that is nothing compared to Dr. Jovan. I never experienced problems with my wiring stabbing my cheek and they were always available to see me if I had any questions. She is AWESOME and I definitely reccomend her! Never been so happy with my smile :) read more

From start to beginning I had a great experience. Very professional office and staff. They fixed my permanent retainer better than before!

We love Dr. Jovan for our orthodontics treatment. She is fantastic! She makes sure that everyone understands what is going on each time. Her staff is wonderful as well. The office is so friendly and welcoming. read more

I came in for a consultation for teeth whitening. Right away I was impressed with the modern interior decor. The staff were extremely friendly and informative. I was even given a tour. The doctor was very informative and spent as much time with me as I needed, answering all my questions. I had the full mouth xray and also upper and lower molds made. The process went smoothly. I haven't had the procedure yet, so I can't speak to the results or the experience. However, something really impressed me and I wanted to share it before I forgot. As a new patient, I had to fill out all those forms you receive when you are new to a medical office. They handed me a clipboard with papers that were laminated. I looked at them curiously. Then, they handed me a dry-erase pen and asked me to fill everything out, sign, and bring it back. Next, they scanned it into the computer, erased the laminated forms and gave it to someone else. No wasted paper! I was so happy I told them so. As a person who does her best to recycle, and live a sustainable life I try to reward my business to companies who also do their part. I wondered why no one has ever thought of this process before. Simply brilliant. And brilliantly simple! read more

The staff is always friendly however, I have had my braces on for almost a year and Dr Jovan herself has looked at my teeth only once since they were put on. So, if you want to spend thousands to have dental assistant complete your treatment this is the place for you. On top of that appointments are hard to book, especially if you need to reschedule. I've recently moved and they have been awful to help me transition to a new office. Never returning phone calls and giving me the run around about how much money I have left over (I have already paid in full). They even had the nerve to tell me I might owe money! I paid for 18-22 months of treatment and have only completed 9!! Turns out they quoted for my return and now my actual return is more than $300 less!!! Absolutely poor customer service. On top of that my new orthodontist has showed me how poorly my treatment has been completed up to this point! I wasted thousands. Find a better place!! You will regret the choice to go here if you have anything other than cosmetic issues. Get your money's worth with a provider that knows how to run a practice. read more

I love the office and the staff at Jovan Orthodontics. Even though I didn't want braces they make it feel like its no big deal.

We were really looking forward to the appointment we've had for almost two months now. My husband picked my daughter up after school and raced over there. They were 15 minutes late and they cancelled her appointment. 3:45p was the only appointment I was able to get and they can't understand that kids get out of school at 3:30p? Come on, it's the last appointment of the day!! How many times do we wait on doctors when they are running behind? Knowing that there will be several appointments during the course of our treatment... I'll find a place that is reasonable and truly puts customers first. read more

I asked for price quotes. The receptionist or whoever answered the phone kept putting me on hold and was rude when she finally told me the prices. Their fees are too high, and I wouldn't want my child to go to that rude office! read more

The Jovan's are, by far, the best team I have ever met!! My daughter had some very unusual dental issues that needed careful attention and a treatment plan. Dr. Jovan and her husband worked many, many hours with us to get a treatment plan in place and get my daughter on her way to having a beautiful, normal smile!! Not only do they work hard and do fabulous dental work, they treat my daughter (and all of the other patients), like they were their own children!! You couldn't ask for a better team of orthodontics and prosthodontics!! We will always go to Jovan. read more

From the moment we stepped into the office there was a warm and welcoming vibe. The front desk staff is so friendly and very efficient. Dr. Jovan is very good at what she does! Love, love, love it here. The staff is professional, respectful, and cheerful. They have been on-time for all our appointments so far. The office is incredibly kid-friendly. ALL my kids like going there, even the ones that are too little to be treated yet. Dr. Sarah really pours herself into her patient relationships. I never feel rushed, she always explains things thoroughly, and always pops her head in to say hello even if her staff was able to do what needed to be done that day without her consulting. They've got a great thing going on at Jovan Ortho. We will definitely be there for treatment for all four of our kids. read more
