I tried them on, and an employee brought the pair tome. When it was time to check out, an older gentleman was helping customers. As soon as it was my turn, a couple of people walked in that he seemed to know, and he completely shifted his attention to them, ignoring me. I waited patiently for a bit but eventually left without purchasing anything. I understand the store was busy and that family or friends may stop by, but customers who are ready to buy shouldn't be ignored. That part of the experience was disappointing and felt disrespectful.

Happened to be near my local DSW store and thought I'd see if I could try them one (first Addidas ever!) and try to give my "local business" my money instead of cyber space. Wow! What an experience. I started by asking the manager about them (she's got a killer accent!!) and she said they were shown as clearance, but not yet on the clearance rack. Did my regular full store shoe survey and found them in the regular lineup. I asked the manager again about them and if they'd ring up as clearance still but she said if they didn't she'd honor what I thought would be the online discount of $20 off (even though we read the disclaimer and it said Addidas was NOT eligible for the discount). Long story short, during check out I reread the offer and it was $10, not $20, BUT the cashier tried using the online code and actually found a 20% off voucher that she applied with the $10 off voucher. Am I a happy customer? You betcha! But what's even more important is I'm now a loyal, meaning more visits and more $$ in store instead of online, that the manager explained are two separate companies and the stores are not supported by them. They had really good sales at that time, and I ended up coming back the next day to get a new pack. On the following day, I found an equally friendly and knowledgable staff. It's in the mall and i don't normally go there but because of the need for a great pair of shoes, i went. The service there was great ,they were very friendly. The styles of shoes almost seemed unlimited, and I easily found the most comfortable and what I believe to be the most durable pair of shoes. 7.31.24 I bought some shoes for myself and my hubby a while…read moreback. It was but one get one 50% off. My hubby's did not fit so I brought them in for a return with my receipt. The way they do their return is not fair. I also used a $5.00 off rewards on that order. I will "try" to explain the return process but it is confusing and sketchy in my opinion. First they return both pairs of shoes (even though I am only returning one pair) and then took my $30 I saved off his pair and also the $5.00 rewards just gets voided or lost - I just don't know what happened to it. The whole return process is extremely confusing. So for the $70 shoes I was returning I was going to get less than $30 back....Huh. Still don't understand. So I ended up exchanging my return for another pair of the same one I originally bought for myself and they were $60 and I did not have to pay anything and they did not give me the difference. The gentlemen working there agreed with me that the way they do returns is confusing and get yelled at all the time because of it. He thanked me for not yelling at him. Truly sad and ridiculous.
