if i could give this store 0 stars i would. We walked in this morning because y'all had "buy one get one 50% sale". First, we were not helped at all. We had to look for the shoes on our own. & on top of that they failed to tell us that not all of them were included on that sale. why not? is it so hard to let us know? whenever we walked in the lady said that they were on sale but she never mentioned that not all of them were. as a college student i was really looking forward to save some money & i ended up spending more than what i planned. i called them out & told them they shouldn't be advertising false advertisement & the lady tried getting smart with me. this is not appropriate customer service. i did not want to make a scene & be a karen so i just took the shoes. but y'all should start being more specific instead of lying to the customers.i will not be returning to this store. Don't shop online at this company. They won't return your shipping fee even if you have a receipt. They also will only process the return to the method of payment used for the purchase. So if you received something as a gift you are out of luck. You'll have to track down the person who gave you the gift and request the funds like a bill collector. All this with a receipt!!!!! Never again will I order from this company. Also, the customer service at this store was non- existent. They could have cared less!!! read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. There were 4 women sitting around talking at the registers and not one acknowledged me when I walked in. No one helped me until I asked for my son to be sized. They just all stood around staring at me while I was clearly looking for different sizes for my kids. They were extremely rude to my children. My toddler daughter kept saying hello to them over and over and they just stared at her and would not say anything back. One of the women actually made a rude comment to my oldest child but I just let it go. I get to the register to check out and the machine declines my card multiple times, they make it out to be my fault as if I didn't have enough money. Which I most definitely did. I tell them to check me out using a different machine and it automatically works. It was their machine that did not work, however they let me try over and over with different cards with them knowing it wouldn't work on that machine, and did not offer to use a different one. Why are you working at a customer service job when you clearly have no people skills? I will not return solely for how rude the entire staff was. read more

My wife just shopped and the store with our children and my sister in law. There is no sign on the door stating no outside food or beverage is allowed. Our 2 year old kids were eating some popcorn while they shopped and dropped a few pieces and rather than saying something to the adults the manager "Randy" came up and started to vacuum very close to them without even saying anything to them. Ok, point taken and proceeded to the checkout and while my wife was paying our 2 year old picked up a shoes and "Randy" walked up and snatched it out of her hand telling her not to touch. We have spent a lot of money on this store over time and I understand that the kids may have dropped some popcorn causing them to have to clean but snatching something out of my child's hand should have never happened. Address the parent! My wife asked the cashier if he was the manager and if he was always so rude, their comment was that he was obviously having a "sh*tty day" in their words. This shouldn't be allowed. If you have a problem with children address the parent, DON'T snatch things from my kids. I just spent my last dollar here! read more

My son and I was there in August, there were two employees there. One was busy working the woman with long dark hair stood in the register area the entire time that we were there. We had to go to them to get our questions answered. I was disgusted with the poor service. I decided to give the woman with the long dark hair another opportunity. I walked near the counter area, she was using her cell phone and didn't even look at me. My son and I found several pairs of shoes and walked to the counter. She still did not speak to us, she just started to ring up the shoes. I told her just a minute, I took my son aside and explain that because of her poor customer service I would not give her my business. He said okay and we left. We went to Post Oak Mall and bought 4 pairs of shoes. We were immediately greeted by one employee and offered info by another. They checked on us and offered info. We returned to the Rack on 9/9/17 for running shoes and boots. My son found boots and I saw one running shoe that might work. I was slowly walking down an aisle and heard someone speak to customers, I looked over and saw a woman with long dark hair who appeared to be the same woman that was there in August who had ignored us. I walked beside her and stopped, she ignored me,again. Because her right shoulder was toward the shelf, I could not see her badge so I asked, do you work here, she said yes and nothing else. I said I think you are the woman who ignored us last month. I walked over and explained to my son, again, what happened and he agreed that we should leave. I said that I will never come back. We went to Dillard's, and again was immediately greeted. Because the salesperson made himself available we were able to ask questions. He explained that more men boots will come in Oct.
