They are sending me a replacement part in a few weeks, and then I will have to re-assemble the whole unit. Don't buy major products here. They are not competent.

They had really good sales at that time, and I ended up coming back the next day to get a new pack. On the following day, I found an equally friendly and knowledgable staff. It's in the mall and i don't normally go there but because of the need for a great pair of shoes, i went. The service there was great ,they were very friendly. The way they do their return is not fair. I also used a $5.00 off rewards on that order. I will "try" to explain the return process but it is confusing and sketchy in my opinion. First they return both pairs of shoes (even though I am only returning one pair) and then took my $30 I saved off his pair and also the $5.00 rewards just gets voided or lost - I just don't know what happened to it. The whole return process is extremely confusing. So for the $70 shoes I was returning I was going to get less than $30 back....Huh. Still don't understand. So I ended up exchanging my return for another pair of the same one I originally bought for myself and they were $60 and I did not have to pay anything and they did not give me the difference.
