The prices can be a bit higher than other spots but they do get deals once in a while that you can take advantage of. Return today, the associate- Cindy, processes the return, I explained how they were ordered, apparently this return goes to a gift card they have to MAIL to me?!! It's 2026! And I had picked out. Pair of boots IN STORE that I wanted to buy to wear to an event this evening...nope...have to wait 3-5 days for my gift card to arrive at the store. Manager Aurora claims the process is irreversible and I can pick up my gift card from the store in 3-5 business days an pay cash for the boots in store. No willingness to solve problems or serve the customer (anytime you start a sentence with '-It's our policy...' the customer loses).
