Her deep knowledge of boots, proper fit, and foot comfort truly impressed me. She took the time to understand how I walk, my arch type, and areas of discomfort, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. Emily guided me through multiple boot styles, including the Heritage line, Chelsea boots, and Chukka boots, making sure I found the perfect pair. What really stood out was her recommendation of the Revolution insoles after using the foot scanner, which revealed that I have flat feet. These insoles made a noticeable difference, especially in relieving pain in my heels and the balls of my feet. Overall, this was by far one of the best retail experiences I've had. If you're looking for boots that truly fit and last, I highly recommend visiting Red Wing. The staff, especially Emily, are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely care about your comfort.
