Michael also had the courtesy to discuss the recommended solutions and financial investment privately with me - out of earshot of my residents. This was much appreciated as most vendors create awkward situations when residents hear/think they are getting something (new carpet, new appliance, etc.) when instead a simple repair is all that is needed.
