The guys were on-time and got right to work. All in all they completed the job quickly and were nice. A few cons: They used my extension cord to run their drills and equipment. Not a big deal, but I thought they would rather use their own stuff. And they didn't roll it up when done. They had to use my hose to run water down the drain in the garage. Water got everywhere, which was expected, but they didn't move stuff that was in the line of fire. Nothing that important, but I would have preferred them to clear the workspace first. And I would have hoped that they would have at least swept out the puddles after the work was complete. The guy asked me for a plunger. Really? You're the freaking plumber and you don't have one?

They were not polite (besides a younger male who was very friendly). The older man yelled at us for running water during their work (we didn't). They also left a HUGE mound of dirt, about 4 feet tall (which is apparently normal for sewer work, but they could have left us know before leaving). Stormy was apologetic about this on the phone, so we decided to move forward on the inside work. The inside crew was FANTASTIC! Total night and day difference!
