I really liked that because throughout the rest of our conversation, she was able to draw the lines and parallels back to my core values and goals, which helped me see the vision of what I wanted in my home and my "things" more clearly. Kristyn was super receptive and kind and answered all my silly questions and concerns about the process of tidying up. I felt like we had plenty of time to go over everything she had planned plus go over things that were meaningful and personal to me that might not apply to others, so it was a very personalized thing which was really the most valuable aspect to me. Another thing I really liked, was at the end of our session she gave me "homework" to do based on our discussion and the tour of my home. I appreciated that leaving the conversation I knew exactly what my next steps were and why. After our session, Kristyn emailed me personalized tidying resources based on our discussion, my concerns/questions, and my values, including podcast episodes that discuss these topics (I loooove the Podcast btw!). I've been going through all these resources and I'm getting a better grasp on how to reach my goals! I'm more motivated than ever and loved having Kristyn's support to get there! Four Years Later…read more.. The Chicago Organizer is still great at helping me get all of my stuff organized and manageable! After I moved house, I had so many rent-a-crates to unpack and return very quickly. I felt overwhelmed and couldn't move two feet without hitting a box, and unpacking by myself was too slow. I contacted Terri again. Terri couldn't come out to personally help me within my limited window of time, but she has fantastic team members. Kammy came to help me, stayed for just under five hours, and we unpacked every rent-a-crate plus all of the cardboard boxes! There is a little left to do in order to make my new place feel like home, but Kammy's help means that 95% of the work is done. I am so pleased with The Chicago Organizer. Terri and Kammy are kind, professional, quite fair in their pandemic requirements, and most of all -- HELPFUL. Money well spent again!
