Unfortunately, on the day of my appointment I slept through two alarms because I've been having to take sleeping medication to SLEEP THROUGH my pain, and was told that I could no longer reschedule with the because I was a new patient who missed their first appointment. No "rescheduling fees" nothing. No second chances. They completely dumped me before seeing me because of something that was out of my control. This shows lack of empathy, understanding and caring and I'm thankful I didn't even get the chance to let them touch my mouth. At the end of the day it was my fault for that accident, but at the same time, then not providing any additional options (like paying a reschedule fee) and just flat out dumping me when my mouth is infected is a pretty nasty business practice.

They read a review i left concerning the state of their office. i mentioned broken x ray equipment and stuffing me in a closet with oxygen tanks for xrays. Ive been to dentists before and no one has ever had to move oxygen tanks so i could get to the xray machine. The whole place was run down and sad. It had the feel of the jokingly bad medical office in a silly comedy. Then they cancelled my appointment with zero notice. They also did not refer me to another dentist. They did not give me access to the xrays that i paid for either. The receptionist told me my appt was being cancelled because of my negative review. AVOID THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!! It didnt look clean. The people were rude and seemed like they had no clue. call anywhere but these people. Go there and you will see posters that are 30 years old faded to the point they cant be deciphered barely hanging on the wall. The actual dental chair i was in was torn and the stuffing was gone. But they cancelled my appt because i spread the word. Absolutely pathetic response to what should be accepted as professional criticism. But instead, the "doctor" had a hissy fit and cancelled the appt. Don't bring your kids here or your elders. They cant be trusted.

Mu son has been seen here for about a year and a half. It was decent, the ladies that do the cleanings were always fabulous & the lady dentist would also be patient with him. However when I tried to take my daughter who was 3 at the time for her first experience they didn't want to take the time & just told us it wasn't going to work we would need to go somewhere else. So that was another strike. My son, He's 11, has a sensitive gag reflex & low pain tolerance when it comes to his mouth, today was the worst visit I've ever experienced at a "professional" office. The Dr who was preforming his lip tie laser procedure had the worst bedside manners ever. needless to say we left without the procedure being completed & we will not be back!
