I was rudely spoke to when I called in December to find out my next appointment. It should've been around the first of December. Here I am April 30th, 2025 trying to get my last step, the teeth. My appointment was at 9 am , I arrived at 8:50. I was the first one here. Finally after taking 4 people who came after me, I was finally called back. I was in their office for 5 minutes and left. The bad thing is I have a special needs child that I have to take with me. So after he screamed after the 4 th person, they finally called me back. They do not communicate very well!!

REVIEW: 2023-10-18…read more It is disheartening to see how this dentistry has changed over the past 8 years... from personable, patient, and considerate to a cold, impersonal, assembly-line practice... it has lost the heart and soul that once made it special. My son has cerebral palsy and is in a wheelchair. We arrived for our 1:45 appointment on 2023-10-16, unloaded the wheelchair and had a bit of difficulty getting his legs to stand and transfer from car to chair. We get inside to check-in and are told we were 5 minutes late and could not be seen. I found this ironic, there is no problem for us to wait 10 or 15 minutes to be called back for our scheduled appointments, but we are cancelled after 5 minutes. I began taking my kids here 8 years ago, and the experience was phenomenal. They were able overcame my kids fear of the dentist. They actually didn't dread having to go in for checkups and procedures. This practice once had heart and soul, but I fear that has been lost through the changes of time.

I chose Mtan View FAMILY dentistry for that key word Family... which means to me that they are open…read moreto all ages within your family. This is not the case. Mu son has been seen here for about a year and a half. It was decent, the ladies that do the cleanings were always fabulous & the lady dentist would also be patient with him. However when I tried to take my daughter who was 3 at the time for her first experience they didn't want to take the time & just told us it wasn't going to work we would need to go somewhere else. So that was another strike. My son, He's 11, has a sensitive gag reflex & low pain tolerance when it comes to his mouth, today was the worst visit I've ever experienced at a "professional" office. The Dr who was preforming his lip tie laser procedure had the worst bedside manners ever. needless to say we left without the procedure being completed & we will not be back!

First I received multiple texts saying that my appointment was at 3pm. When I checked in they told…read moreme I was early because the appointment was at 3:30pm. Then because my child had some gagging issues they are going to refer us to a pediatric dentist. They didn't offer to reschedule and try again with a gas sedative, they refused to treat. I would expect that a "family dentistry" would be able to work with children's issues, I guess I was wrong. Also I'm not impressed with the blonde female dentist who decided all this first, before even coming to discuss options with me first. I'm sure there are better businesses to support.
