If your car doesn't need the extra work they won't run up your invoice like other shops. I was told I should replace my cracked rear struts, after taking it in to Larry's turns out I don't need to replace anything. Easy $1000 saved. These guys are at the top of their game and good honest folks too. Also let me mention just great customer service from the crew here, like from of any establishment and I've worked in customer service for 15+years. They don't waste your time, get you in and out of the shop super fast. I had got all 4 new tires on my Subaru and then came back the following day and then got the brakes and rotors done. Between both days I maybe spent 2hrs at the shop waiting while the work was being done. Like I said I can't say enough good things about the shop. Sal, Rodrigo and the nice mechanic whose name I forgot were all super kind, helpful and informative. Give these guys your business if you're looking to get any tires/wheels/suspension/brakes/alinement done on your vehicle!

I've been doing business with Larry's Tires for years, but unfortunately, the customer service has consistently been subpar. After this last experience, I've finally decided to take my business elsewhere. It's disappointing when you feel that some customers receive quality workmanship and top-notch customer service, while others are left with half-hearted work and poor customer service. My money is just as hard-earned as anyone else's, and I'll be spending it somewhere it's appreciated. Thanks, Sal!

Their entire team is professional, dependable, and truly committed to providing outstanding service. A special thank you to Maria. She is one of the most professional, courteous, and friendly office professionals we've had the pleasure of working with. She is always welcoming, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make every interaction smooth and stress-free. She truly sets the standard for exceptional customer service. Funny enough, after all these years of speaking with her on the phone, we still haven't met her in person--we're starting to think she might be a legend! We also want to give a big shout-out to Ricardo, the driver who picks up our wheels. Ricardo is always punctual, extremely professional, and genuinely kind. He handles everything with care and always brings a positive attitude--it's clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows. Over the years, we've never had a single issue or disagreement with Hayward Wheel. They are honest, reliable, and genuinely focused on helping their customers. It's rare to find a company that consistently delivers this level of quality and professionalism. At DB Auto Body & Performance, we trust Hayward Wheel completely. We don't send our wheel work anywhere else because we know the job will be done right every time. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality workmanship, outstanding customer service, and a company that truly stands behind its work. They have absolutely earned our 5-star rating. They only had 1 employee helping with appointments having priority (obviously). After awhile another employee came out to help the walk ins but I guess we all needed new tires this day because we all took a good 15-20min. When it is your turn, they are very attentive and dont rush you. I wasnt surprised to learn i needed new tires because I didnt rotate them at all in the last year. 4 tires for a little under $1800 out the door. It took about 3 and a half hours. They closed at 5p it was done about 4:20p. I think the price of the tires are justified due to the insurance you get with them if something happens (my last review was in 2023 for another car and those tires didnt fail me at all!) They do have bathrooms and a small seating area as well as a 3 seater bar type table with outlets. 5 min walk to a lot of places to eat. So far so good and will continue to come here for my tire needs
