I got a screw in my tire. They plugged a hole and had me back on the road fast. I was in and out before I knew it.

I came here about a year ago and had a bad experience because of one employee's attitude. Since I was nearby and needed a tire, I decided to give this place another chance. Unfortunately, it was the same employee, and nothing had changed. As soon as I walked in, he had an unfriendly attitude for no apparent reason. He told me I had to wait because someone else was ahead of me, which wasn't the issue--it was the way he spoke to customers. He then walked over to help another customer, who became so frustrated with his rude behavior that she actually asked, "Why are you so rude?" She requested to speak with the manager, and he replied that the manager was his brother. She ended up leaving without getting service. It's unfortunate because one employee can completely change a customer's experience. Based on my two visits a year apart, this same person's attitude continues to drive customers away. I hope management takes customer service more seriously, because one bad apple can hurt an entire business. read more

My husband took his car in Sunday (1/11/26) for a wheel alignment. However, one of the mechanics found that one of the wheels were ready to fall off the axle at any moment. He advised my husband to come back today ( 1/12/26) so they could replace the part and do the wheel alignment. My husband couldn't call off work so I had to take it in. I arrived around 10:40am and was out of there before 11:30am. So under an hour. All the workers were respectful, and honest! My husband wanted me to inquire about getting the suspension replaced, and they were honest and said that it did not need to be replaced. I feel as though other mechanics would've taken the opportunity and given a quote and agreed to replacing it. I highly recommend this tire and wheel service and plan to come back to get our other car's alignment done. read more

When nobody else is open on a Sunday you can come here for an emergency tire repair. Had a slow leak and a big ugly nail in there.... Came in and repair was done in lightning speed. SUPER FAST!!! I was greeted with fast and friendly service. That however was a distraction from what was actually happening with my car. 1 my alignment is still wobbly. 2. I had one newer, higher quality tire. During alignment the dudes replace that tire with one of lower quality and tried to keep my good tire. I politely asked for my tire back. They put it in my trunk. 3. When I asked about buying a set of rims the dude said they didnt have any to sell me...not even out of their catalog of rims...? Sus. Unfortunately, it was in the sidewall so it was not repairable, but the person helping me ran through all of my options without trying to sway me in a certain direction. I ended up just replacing the tire with a used tire until I could get all 4 replaced. A couple weeks later, I called on a Thursday afternoon (~5pm), told them what tires I would need and they told me to stop by and they'd be able to replace them no problem. This place is Horrible I went there 3 times and each time it was just to remove a simple nail and they told me I needed a new tire. So yesterday I went there and I just spent $800 on some brand new tire about 4 months ago .I got a nail in my tire so I went there so the guy comes out looking all mad oh we can't fix this you need a new tire, so I said I wasn't going to fall for the old banana in the tailpipe this time, So I went up the street and I got it done for $20 bucks.
