There is nothing like going about your day, as usual, with all of your plans set in your mind, then have one of your neighbors text you to let you know that they noticed your car had a flat tire! Thank God, for good neighbors. I had actually had my oil changed a few weeks before, at an auto club automotive site, when the sales technician let me know that I should replace all of my tires. He quoted me a price of $1300+, before taxes. I told him I would think about it. As I went to sit down, and get over that shock, a lady, who had been standing behind me, came over to me and told me that that was way overpriced, and she had just had her tires replaced down the street for a fraction of that cost. She couldn't remember the name of the place, but described it as being next to a place where used cars were also sold. I googled it and kept it "in my back pocket". Now, here I was in need of having that service done, as I stared at that screw firmly embedded in my flat tire. I have to say, from start to finish, I called Hayward Tire, spoke to Parse, who quoted me a price that was half of the previous price, and told me that if I agreed, he would order the tires. Then, to my amazement, when I asked how long it would take for the tires to come in, he said, "half an hour". True to their word, he kept me informed. When they came in, Luis got busy getting the work done, and I was out of there is an hour! What could have been stress increasing, turned out to be stress reducing. I started looking for a brake repair shop using the project option on Yelp. Hayward Tire was the first to respond and then others replied after. Hayward Tire not only had soonest availability, but was also the most affordable. My daughter was in dire need of brake replacement and wanted to make sure she was safe. She went to the appointment and they made it very comfortable for her. The manager and service tech both communicated with me directly and sent me pictures of the brake pads and rotors. Initially, I only wanted the fronts done but they sent me pictures of the rear. There aren't many honest shops out there these days and will sell you anything to make money. This shop is different. They sent me pictures of the rear and let me know that the brake pads needed to be replaced, but the rotors were still good. I've been to shops where they told me I had to replace them because they were bad. I used to work on cars at a shop for years when I was younger and know cars pretty well. So when shops try to sell me things, I know when I'm being lied to. I agreed that the rear brakes needed to be replaced and I appreciated their honesty with regards to the rear rotors. They sent very clear pictures of everything and also explained to my daughter of the work they were performing. She had a great experience for her first time going to a shop. They sent me the invoice and was able to pay it online. I can't even tell you how easy it was to work with them. Everything was so convenient as if I was actually there. Replacing all four brake pads and front rotors, rotation and balance, and nail repair took 2 hours. Not only were they honest, but they provided other services at no cost. They also found a nail on one of the tires and repaired it for free. If you are looking for brake services and want someone reliable, honest, friendly, and communicative, Hayward Tire is the place! I needed to get my brake pads and rotors changed, and I knew that this was going to be a pricey service. The difficult thing is that most auto shops don't display quotes on their website as the service varies depending on the number of pads to replaced, the parts, and the labor involved. Fortunately Yelp has a feature that lets you contact multiple auto shops that have Yelp messaging enabled to quickly find a quote. I heard back from several companies, but Hayward Tire provided quick communication and the most competitive quote. The shop is pretty small and relatively new (had been open for only 7 months from the time I visited), and it's located next to a small dealership. They provide service on a first come, first serve basis (no appointments), so I planned to show up early given this was going to be a lengthy service. I showed up about 30 mins after opening on a Saturday morning, and there was 1 car already ahead of me. Within minutes of showing up, 2 additional cars pulled up behind me - definitely you want to get there early! The service took about ~4-5h in total and fortunately I was able to get my car back the same day. I was able to drop off my car and head back home while it was being repaired, and they called me once the service was done. However, they do have a small waiting area if you choose to wait; alternatively, there's some restaurants/shops within a few mins walk. The service was great throughout the whole process, and the team even provided a free tire rotation! Their main service is tires, but definitely don't pass them up if you're looking for a brake pad replacement/repair as well! I'll plan on coming back once either my tires need replacing or my brakes are due for replacement again! read more

Only recently did they open up a tire repair station. My auto guy was super busy and told me to take it to a tire shop, so I found these guys with a quick google search. I was surprised that they had such good reviews inspite of being a new business. Luis the repair guy was quick and efficient, and Paras the owner gave me some good tire options when it was found that some of my tires are pretty worn out! I needed to replace two tire pressure monitoring systems. I received a quote from these people that was $20 cheaper from $120 to a $100.. I called and was able to bring my car in soon after talking, and they completed the replacing of the monitoring systems in a 1/2 hour for the exact price that I was quoted. I was very happy with their service. They have a very small area and are combined with a used car sales area, but I found their work to be excellent. read more

Took my daughter's car here to get brakes and an oil change done. We dropped her car off and came back later. The diagnosed the problem and gave us a call. We had to come in unexpectedly after running over a screw and ending up with a completely flat tire. It was late on a Saturday when most tire shops are about to close, so we were really stressed trying to find help.
