There were three food trucks and grilled cheese fit the bill for the four of us (2 adults, 4 yr old, and 1 yr old). It's not the most attractive looking truck but, most of them aren't. Their menu was posted on the side showing the grilled cheese or nacho offerings. We knew our one year old would get a plain grilled cheese but it took a bit to determine the others. So many tasty sounding options! Our four year old declared she wanted pineapple on hers. Great, really, pineapple on a grilled cheese? They had it! A Hawaiian Toast! It was cheese, Canadian bacon, and pineapple...perfect for her! We added a Mason Dixon which has pulled pork, pepper jack cheese, and BBQ sauce. A #Hashtag (corn beef hash, soft poached egg, and American cheese) rounded out our order. The sandwiches came out rather quickly, and in pairs. The first two that came out were the kids' and they looked yummy. The plain grilled cheese was thick and melty with perfectly toasted bread. Our little guy had no problem scarfing it down. Our daughter was thrilled with the pineapple on hers and ate about half the entire sandwich (a good amount for her). I enjoyed my Mason Dixon and my husband enjoyed his #Hashtag. He did have to ask for a fork as it was a bit messy. We finished off the kids' sandwiches. I enjoyed the plain one a lot! My husband's only comment on the Hawaiian toast was it'd be better if they could toss the pineapple on the grill to caramelize a bit first. This food truck is a solid choice for lunch!

They have two sections of grillled cheese, Meatless and Meaty Cheese sandwiches...I ordered off the Meaty Menu and man MEATY it was. I ordered the Bay of Pigs, pickle, pulled pork, pork loin and bacon and amazing sauce...man this thing was huge and so tasty! If you ever see this food stand, make sure to stop by!

We walked in just an hour before closing, and there was only one other table occupied, but they still had the buffet going. We went for it, and it even came with hot, fresh dosas made to order. The service was great, and while the buffet food was just okay and could have been a little warmer (probably because it was late), it totally satisfied our spice craving. :-)

A very nice gentleman waved us over and asked if we had ever had AREPAS hot off the grill! He was very proud that he had smoked the pork himself. The pork is a long commitment and he worked hard to get the flavor in the meat overtime. Pernil (slow-roasted pork) + smoked gouda with Perico (scrambled eggs + veggies) What really sold it to us was the pockets. They are made with corn so they are gluten free. The pockets were made fresh and served with their sauce. He was a good sales man and it was a big helping. There was a good group of people helping out and getting the food together. They have a couple drinks you could buy also, but it was early enough just for the breakfast that caught our attention. We got one to share. We couldn't get one with the pork due to dietary restrictions but we got the egg and cheese filled one and it was pretty good. It is not technically a truck, rather a trailer. It was lunch time and when I finished my locksmoth business I enjoyed three tacos de lengua. The tortillas were fried but left soft, exactly the way I like them. The lengua was cooked very tender and grilled a little to prepare it for the tacos. They were delicious. I liked both salsas. One was smooth, green avocado based and the other was red chile based. What a great place. I counted 17 different tortas on the menu.
