This was a brilliant concoction of taco meat, briskett,brisket, red onions, and sour cream. And if you like a bit of heat, it also comes with jalepenos. All of it is a riff on loaded fries except tator tots are used instead. The portion size was quite nice, the workers were very friendly, and the dish arrived quickly despite the steady line of people placing orders. Looking forward to visiting the truck again and enjoying other variations on their menu.

I had a short wait for my order and a few people started to stack up at the window as I waited. The birria tacos were my favorite. The other two items lacked nothing.
