He and his team arrived precisely on time the day of the removal. They trimmed, cut and wood chipped all the trees in a very orderly fashion which made me feel the job was always under control. Madd Beaver came to me as a reference, first off they showed up on time every time. Estimate started with being handed a copy of the company's liability insurance policy declaration page. So for those of you that don't know why this is such a big deal, there are 20-30 companies around the tri-state area operating without insurance or even proper licensing for every one that does it by the books. You have to hire a contractor that has the right insurance and policies in place, it goes hand in hand with experience and knowledge. After this was a walk through of the property, discussing options and a through explanation of how the area would be protected during work. I was given a verbal estimate and shook hands to seal the deal right then. This is how much confidence they built in their abilities. Price was not the highest but it was by far not the lowest. I believe you get what you pay for and short changing a big tree job to save a few thousand is not worth it. I was texted a start date and at 9am on that day they were outside and ready to go. The job was completed exactly as discussed, no games and no shortcuts. Upon completion the crew cleaned up everything perfectly. I unequivocally recommend this company. I could not be happier!

I have used Turner Tree Service before and Tony with his crew were great taking down another tree a few years back. Toney came out and cleared my front door with in an hr ! and gave me a quote to Finish the job. His pricing was in the past and is now very good. I had him come back today and except for actually seeing the hole the tree left and/or knowing it was there, you wouldn't know what had happened.
