1.0 Stars Location Overview: This location can be found in sticks close to Orient and Harrisburg. Living out in the country they blessed us with a good pizza spot. Customer Service: Ladies working here are kind and ready to take orders Quality/Quantity: IDK WTF is going on with this meal....... I orders chicken tenders and loaded fries and what I got was not what I was expecting.... I was not offered any type.of dipping sauce for my tenders, they are bland, end pieces of the tenders are burnt. Myoaded fries are so overwhelmed with salt, bacon and are very soggy.... this is ridiculous. They are normally on top of it... but this.. this is not cool.. Sorry. I don't know how to move this but we are at the one on Broad street. Wow! From seattle and a friend suggested this place. I can see why. Portions are huge and the cheese and pepperoni on salad made it wonderful. Honestly the meat pizza is the best I've ever had. Thin crust cooked perfectly. Lots of meat with crunchy bacon and more. So I didn't think I'd actually have to go as far as to write a review but here we are. I've never had any issues with this location until recently when I placed an order with them and was brought the WRONG order/things missing. When I refused to pay for the food the driver became upset and said "um so you don't want this, you're not going to pay for this". I told him "no" because by the time he comes back everything would be cold and I'm not going to wait another hour for something to get corrected that should have been right in the first place. I didn't think anything of it and I ordered from somewhere else. Not a big deal. Things happen. But, today I called to order not even thinking about what happened previously because obviously it was a misunderstanding on the company's behalf. I was told that "it looks like we've had some problems in the past and we can make you a pizza as long as you're willing to pay for it". I told the girl that I've never had a problem paying for it if it's the RIGHT order. She had an attitude the entire time and told me again they can make the order if I'm willing to pay for it. I have eaten from Joseppi's Pizza plenty of times due to it being one of the only restaurants that will deliver to my house. I've tried their pizza, a few of their subs, bacon cheese fries, cheesecake, and boneless hot wings, all of which are not satisfactory. Their mayonnaise tastes like miracle whip, and if that's your sort of thing then by all means get it, but I hate miracle whip. Their boneless hot wings are so salty, dipping them in dressing doesn't even help. their pizza's flavor actually isn't that bad, but their mushrooms are canned, their pepperoni is cheap and always burnt. I got a steak sub once, the meat was basically just a burger patty, which isn't what i was expecting at all. their lettuce is flimsy and cut too thin for my taste. Their bacon cheese fries weren't too bad, but a lot of the cheese was burnt onto the side of the bowl. Their cheesecake was just fine, the slice was very thin considering it was $3.49 for only one slice. I still get their subs occasionally, because they're not too bad and Joseppi's is the only restaurant near my house that delivers, but i absolutely would never recommend their food. It's just not good quality by any means, but it's also overpriced (in my opinion) for what it is. I hope that someday Joseppi's Pizza improves. read more

****UPDATE**** A few days ago I posted a rather scathing review..regarding mishaps when ordering from Joseppi's Harrisburg/Orient, three times in a row. They involved extremely late delivery, forgotten toppings, etc.. Just a few moments ago we received a called from the owner of this location. He told us that he had checked with the manger that shift, asking if my review was accurate, and when she confirmed such, he was very professional and apologetic regarding our previous experiences at Joseppi's. We truly appreciated that. He explained that he has just taken over this store and they are still working out the kinks. I am changing my 1 star to 3 stars because he was professional and courteous enough to call about the issue, when most people wouldn't. Great Mid-Western style pizza! Don't overlook the salami on the menu as a pizza topping. I've only been to this location once, but I've been to the Broad and Hoover locations multiple times. I stopped here to show my co-worker what it was all about while we were down here for a job. This location is pretty small, but still great as the staff always seems to really care in all of their locations. I tried their wings here, which were baked, but still awesome. I usually hate the way wings are done, but theirs weren't too dry, and their skin was crispy, the meat juicy. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you live in the area! read more

UPDATE the owner personally called me and made things right, he gave me a credit for the pizza that was wrong and honored that credit. --- 1st they got our pizza wrong when we called to explain this they tried to say we ordered the wrong pizza. So i had to review the online order receipt to prove it. After that we were promised 15% off of next order, the next time we tried to order they wouldn't honor the 15% off. read more

Extremely disappointed again. I had a couple of less-than awesome experiences awhile ago with Joseppi's and so I switched to Amy's, which is a couple doors down. However, Amy's wasn't open when I wanted to place my order this afternoon, so I decided to give Joseppi's a try again. My order was wrong. We called and they argued with us for a minute, then said they'd make part of the order again and send it right over to us. That was over an hour ago. Still no sub. We called again and they said the driver had just left. The sub showed up 7 or 8 minutes later and was wrong again. I won't press my luck and try this place again. Boo. read more

Disappointed. I've been a fan of Joseppi's for many years. I lived on the north end of Columbus for a while and was always excited when I had the opportunity have dinner in Grove City so I could grab a pizza from Joseppi's. Since I now live closer to the Harrisburg location, I was just as excited to have one so close. The first few times were great (nostalgic perhaps?) but I quickly lost my excitment. Yesterday was the end of it. I placed a delivery order of three subs. Nothing fancy, just subs with a couple of minor changes to how the menu reads. After an hour, my order arrived and I found that two of the three was made incorrectly. I called, was argued with about the contents of the sub (because he made it himself), and finally told that another one would be made and sent out "as soon as the drive comes back." An hour later I called to see where the replacement sandwich was. It was finally on the way. Over an hour later? Wow. That's a slow driver. Oh, and the other sandwich that wasn't right still had cold meat in the middle. It certainly didn't spend much time in the oven. Thanks for the memories, Joseppi's. I won't be back. I'd rather remember how good you used to be than disappointed time and time again. read more

I love their pizza! It is not greasy, and when my husband and I took my parents, even my picky mother loved it! The food is great!

I have never had any problems with this place, the subs and stromboli are great and I even like their pizza nowadays. We always ask for banana peppers on the side as we have picky kids and they give us a container with a generous amount of them. I'm just mainly happy that we have someplace close by to get decent food since we live in the boonies. read more

I have been ordering Stromboli from joseppis for years and past few months have been horrible!! I order Stromboli with extra cheese and regular pepperoni and got no cheese and 3" of pepperoni stacked in middle. I told them before and they say that's how it's made and laugh. If I wanted to eat stick of pepperoni I would save hell of a lot of money then ordering these joke of Stromboli. They used to be best in town now they thinks it's funny to just stuff 3" of pepperoni thru out Stromboli. I used order 3x a week but they can kiss the pepperoni off my ass!! read more

I have been a customer of Josseppi's off and on since 1983. I just had the worst pizza I have ever had from there. Crust was doughy, half cooked? Also when did you pay $7 for an Italian sub with no tomatos. Last time I paid for extra meat and cheese and had to pay extra for tomatos (which were as thin as paper). I don't think Mr. Thompson would be proud. This is an honest review. I have no knowledge or ties with any persons working for this company. Won't be back! read more
