I've had noticed I HAD dark circles under my eyes, which she really worked on this time, they unfortunately looks worse than the past 2 sessions. Basically she intentionally created new lines to my eyes. I've always been respectful towards her. I'm very unsure why she had to do that, it is what it is. Be cautious about getting into personal conversations. I feel gratitude fees nor tips aren't advised for micro needling. For haircuts and other services that's on the individual. BTW: Since I ordered 3 micro needling services for $950 I didn't expect to be charged for a face serum. I was charged 15$ so I smiled and paid for it. Elsandra gave me back my numbing cream and I said thanks she turned her back and walked away briskly. I thought how ODD that reflects in her personality in her when her intentions were to ruin my appearance under my eyes. Good for her. That's why I do not TIP. This place should not advertise they do hybrids, volume, or mega volume because they do not. The highest size they carry is 12. And she didn't even have that size today. Only 11. I wear size 13 thru 17 Next let's talk about class and not insulting a customer who doesn't like that type (classic /natural) of look. My ten minutes in this establishment were spent telling me my lashes are ruined , (they are not , pretty sure I been getting them done 6 years now and I'll get done after here too) just because you like a natural look doesn't mean people who want to know they have lashes on are wrong or not healthy. Quoting your status and that you teach actually makes u look even more less educated from a fellow lasher when all you can do is talk natural. A well educated lasher should have more knowledge of a not so natural look. And if that's all you want to offer than state that. Make that very clear in your advertising which you do not. The women who started on my nails was an older lady and she didn't quite know what French nails were. No worries, I show her a picture. I'll put the picture in my photos for reference. She started and at first it was all okay. Once she started applying the polish to the acrylic tho I realized not only did she not file my nails enough to where the acrylic looked like a mountain of mush! Too thick. I told " hey just before we put the polish on do we mind to go a bit thinner?" She assures me she will do the thinning after the polish. Weird I think because I've got my nails done for years but I let it go. After they were done not only were they so so thick but they were ALL UNEVEN! at this point me and my friend just need to leave because we had work. So I paid the 55 for my ugly nails and even still tipped her 20! However that night once I got home for work I realized just how awful they were. My mom even said how weird and bad they looked for being done at a salon. So as I am an adult I have awful social anxiety and just wanted it fixed! So I had my mom walk in with me to explain the situation to someone in the salon! She explained to them very nicely how I have social anxiety and didn't wanna say anything but I didn't like them and would just liked them fixed. The woman who did my nails the previous day is the one my mom talked to. She said " it's ok we will fix it" so I think ok great it'll all be okay! People make mistakes right? WRONG, the who time this old woman made very rude commenta to me like " ew there's food under your nail" ( it was in fact red hair dye but that's besides the point) and when she asked once she put the polish on it I liked it I said " much better, thank u so much!" To that she says " well that's what they looked like yesterday but you had to have your mom come make me feel bad" I don't even say anything because again I have ANXIETY! The whole time she was talking to the women working beside her, as I can't tell you what they were saying, I do know that she'd pick up my hand DRAG it closer the the other artist point and laugh about things. REAL PROFESSIONAL RIGHT? Mind you she was very aggressive with my hands, not minding where the electric file touched my cuticle, hitting my hand with the file and buffer, etc. MORAL TO THIS, this place sucks and don't waste your time nor money!
