I will continue to bring my son here and recommend this office to all fellow moms.

This doctor is very thorough, he takes his time. I did not feel rushed and all my questions and concerns were not only answered but listened to carefully and addressed to the last detail. This doctors staff is also very kind and friendly, super helpful and they always answer the phone(my last pediatrician almost never answered) My son has some sensory issues and is shy but he had no tantrums or hesitation in dealing with the staff or doctor because he felt at ease and that in itself is worth a million dollars to me. I am a very VERY picky mom, I want the best of the best for my son, and I was very impressed with this Doctor and his staff, I totally recommend them.

I really like that they will almost always be able to fit me into the schedule at my soonest availability. If someone is not available to answer the phone right away, I will get a call back from an advice nurse. That is a fantastic help to me. We have seen almost all the Pediatricians who practice at this office. I find that they generally are great about spending time with the patient and answering all my parent questions. I never feel pressured by the doctors about our medical decisions.

It was tough going from the only doctors they had ever known to a bran new facility, but we did what we had to do. Getting an appointment was easy, the receptionists aren't overly warm, but I didn't have any rude behaviors or mask drama like many people have reported. They do still require all patients to wear masks, and when we forget them they quietly hand us all a mask and we go in. The office is older but clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are clean and always stocked which is nice. They don't have books or toys which isn't an issue for me, but for parents looking for distractions you might want to pack a few. There is a fun fish tank in each office to keep little eyes entertained while you sign in or fill out paperwork. Our kids have seen Dr Turner who I was pleasantly surprised with. She was calm and had a very welcoming demeanor which made it easier for my kids to warm up to. She took her time listening to them and addressing the concerns they had. We never felt rushed or unheard in her presence. On one occasion my son thought it would be funny to put a piece of fake dog poop on the chair as a prank. When she walked in she totally rolled with it and was so silly with him. She scored extra points for that!! She places orders quickly and is easy to contact which is also really nice. All of the nurses/LVNs have been amazing. They take their time and really practice patient centered care. One nurse even did breathing exercises with my daughter when she was panicked. It was beautiful to see and warmed my momma heart. One issue I did have, which is why I removed a star, is there don't seem to be any systems in place for victims of abuse. This is very concerning especially when children might be accompanied by an abuser and they are unable to advocate for themselves with the person in the room. Other than that I recommend this place.

The waiting room and office are clean and sanitary. The first time I met Dr. Ng she appeared to care about her patients. Dr. Ng listened and understood what I was communicating. She ensured to answer my questions, comments, and concerns. The process to have my insurance cover the procedure took some time but after that, my appointment for my procedure was scheduled. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Ng went over with me what to expect and she drew on the areas that were going to be removed. The procedure was a success and I had to make sure not to lift, carry, push, or pull anything. I have had two follow-up appointments since then and she makes sure to call off if she is not available at the time or if she is on vacation. She is indeed a provider who provides patient-centered care. Their hours of operation are not the usual hours and they are M-F 9 a.m.-11:25 a.m. 1:15 p.m. -3 p.m. You are not able to leave a voicemail if you call when nobody picks up or if you call during non-business hours. Make sure you call when they are open. Dr. Ng's staff has consistently been so kind and welcoming which makes the patients experience a great one side they are our first point of contact right when we walk inside their office. I recommend Dr. Ng and if you're interested make sure your insurance covers her services and you can also call the office to inquire about the health insurances they take.

I've been to tons of different doctors offices with my 4 kids the last 18 years and I've got to say…read more, this one has the unfriendliest nurses that ive seen as a whole . How are they are so unhappy ? There were about 4 in the office and when they made eye contact with me I didn't get one smile or hi . I can't believe that these nurses work in a pediatric office . I'm so disappointed because the doctor is actually very friendly , but his nurses are lacking in that department. The nurse who seems to be the head nurse seems very tense . The nurse helping us needed her help with something and she did not seem happy to help her and was kinda rude . I had to later ask her where my nurse was and she just seemed so cold and if I was bothering her while she just sat there at her computer the whole time during our very long visit . The wait was soooo long and when we got there only one person infront of us in waiting room so I don't get it . My daughter got two last 5 yr shots and when she was done the nurse was just like bye without offering her stickers or lollipop . Thankfully the doctor seen us on our way out and went to grab her a lollipop since she seen that she had tears . I seen that they had stickers on display but my daughter wasn't offered any from any of the nurses which is weird . Although I liked the doctor , I won't be back to this office ever . I regret trying this office out again after not going back for 5 years . I couldn't remember why I stopped coming to this location and now I know why . Will go back to other doctor's offices . I don't know how there are no happy nurses here , but something needs to change . I left feeling like if I was bothering them by bringing my daughter in . Don't they realize that they need patients. I hope that other parents don't feel the way I did leaving . I felt bad for my daughter that she didn't get a friendlier experience that she deserves . Besides their terrible bed side manor the office was clean and very cold (pun intended ).

As a paranoid new mom, I pester our many pediatricians on a constant basis for the tiniest thing (word of advice, googling your child's symptoms might not be a good idea beforehand, because it's usually not as bad as the internet tells you). Dr. Lin is very straight-forward. He isn't the soothing type of doctor that some moms might want, but he is a very intelligent one. He reminds me of House (anybody watch that show?), where he can diagnose your kid rather easily and accurately, and isn't fluffy with the words. I appreciate that he would personally follow up on my baby's conditions, even after office hours. Some pediatric offices only have a nurse follow up, if anyone at all. To me, that extra mile shows true compassion vs those who talk sugary sweet only when you're there and forget you as soon as you're gone. I highly recommend Dr. Lin if you're looking for a doctor who has your child's best interest.
