My primary dentist referred me to Dr. Timothy Gainey for 2 root canals. The minute I nervously walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly human (Laurie). :) My consultation went smoothly, and my procedures were done with the utmost professionalism, care and with a bit of humor thrown in. Dr. Gainey and his team even stayed late to finish both of my root canals and get me out of pain. I cannot say enough positive things about this entire experience. Good equipment, including the current generation imaging (no more films at most places). Most of all, if you talk to Dr Kelly West, you will see her passion for patient care and comfort. She took more time than needed to explain to me, her suggestions for my dental problem. She urged me to not go through root canal for now. Over all, she was amazing!
