This company has destroyed my credit, my mother's credit, and made it nearly impossible for me to move forward with a healthy credit report. This company has ravaged my mouth and left me with fewer teeth than I started with, despite promises otherwise. After years of chronic dental issues, they promised they would be the solution that I so desperately needed. After removing half of the teeth from my mouth, with promises of replacements and solutions, they harangued my mother and I into taking out a $10,000 loan in the name of Comenity Bank. We were told by the financial assistant, Kara, that it would be INTEREST FREE for the first two years. What she meant was that interest was slowly building and if I didn't pay off the loan in two years time, I would end up paying triple the cost of the loan I had originally taken out. We were also told that payments would be around $200 monthly. Again, she lied. Payments ended up being closer to $400, which, as someone who functions off of minimum wage, is a significant difference. And was nearly impossible. At this point, my mother told them EXPLICITLY not to do one single thing in my mouth that wasn't already covered by the loan they tricked us into taking out. Well, I went in for my next appointment (which, by their claims was already paid for), and left with a new $1,000 charge that they are now holding me accountable for. I still don't have the replacement teeth they promised, which they swore that I had already paid for, and I was hospitalized last month with cellulitis (infection of the blood) as a result of the terrible, negligent dental work done by the associates in this company. I missed out on 4 days of work because my face swelled to the point of non-recognition and I was in danger of life-threatening infection. Do not trust ANYTHING that Dental Care of Grafton promises you. Don't even bother going to them for a tooth cleaning- because $11,000 later and I never even received the FREE tooth cleaning that I was promised that led me to going to them in the first place. Their dental work is garbage, they lie with abandon, and they are partners with some of the worst credit companies who will destroy your credit and your life. With any luck, this company will cease to exist in the very near future as I am in contact with the Better Business Bureau and will do all that I can to see this company charged and held accountable for the criminals that they are.

I went here as an emergency patient before Thanksgiving for a broken tooth. The initial procedure…read morewas just a root canal and they havent gotten it right one step along the way. The doctor didn't even numb before starting and I had to keep asking for more anesthetic because he went to go take care of 4 other patients while he took me on as an emergency. They said they would be able to easily care for me. Just this first visit alone was almost $900 and he put a temp on my tooth that was so brittle and poorly done that it broke right after I left. The dentist said that they were waiting on the lab to get my permanent crown in and that this next next temp shouldn't break, it did and I've been in miserable pain despite him saying he removed my nerve I think there is still some left because it hurts so much. I told him it hurts and he said it shouldn't because he removed the nerve and that's it. They said they would call me when the next permanent tooth came in from the lab and I could get it in. They called me, i came, and the dentist doesn't numb me before drilling my tooth AGAIN, just to say that the lab made the wrong tooth and he has to put a temp crown on. They said they would call when the next permanent tooth came in from the lab... I didn't hear back from them again. So I called last week and complained that since I came here as an emergency patient I am in MUCH MORE PAIN than I was when I went in with a broken tooth and they said they were sorry I slipped through the cracks as they just hired new employees and had my tooth there and didn't know why no one called me to reschedule. WELL I WENT BACK AGAIN TO MY DEMISE! HE DRILLED MY TOOTH AGAIN WITHOUT NUMBING IT and popped this "permanent" piece on the little nubb he drilled for it at least 50 times before he physically couldn't take it out of my mouth anymore and apologized for not being able to cement it into my mouth and that I could have to come back AGAIN so he could saw it into 4 pieces and then put ANOTHER faulty crown on, i dont think so, im complaining to the BBB about my treatment. They literally dropped my last crown on the floor and cleaned it with sanitizer wipes intended for surfaces, rinsed it with water, then began popping it in and out of my mouth again. I was crying in pain before I left. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT MY TOOTH AND NOW I NEED TP GET MY TOOTH COMPLETELY REDONE DUE TO THEIR LACK OF CARE! I went to see if Molar 18 could be saved by a Root Canal but after taking the CBCT Scan ($200 out…read moreof pocket) and another bitewing PA X-Ray, Dr. Elizabeth Choybowski informed me that the tooth would not be a good candidate for a root canal. She began talking about TMJ which I have never had and made strong suggestions to see a specific TMJ specialist across the street. Actually, Dr. Chybowski should have suggested seeing an ENT (ears, noser and throat doctor) where they could make an accurate diagnosis and do the necessary accurate diagnostic tests and so forth. Also, TMJ is not covered by Medicare and most private employer sponsored health insurance. I appreciated the fact Dr. Chybowski was honest in telling me that my tooth would be better off being extracted which they do not handle. But I did want to speak with Dr. Choyboyski a bit further and she seemed very hurried and left. So I made my own appointment with an Oral Surgeon at Great Midwest Oral Surgery. I asked WI Endodontics-Mayfair to send the CBCT Scan as well as the PA Bitewing for that Molar to them. They did send the CBCT Scan but Greater Midwest Oral Surgery could not open the file and view the CBCT Scan. They also mentioned that they had three other patIents from WI Endodontic-Mayfair that CBCT Scans could not be opened/viewed. I called WI Endo back and told them that. All they could say was the Oral Surgeon's Office did not have the correct software to view this $200 CBCT Scan. No way was I going to pay another $200 for another CBCT at the Oral Surgeon's Office too. The Dr. Groeckermann, Oral Surgeon was kind enough to offer to do it for free given the circumstances. I did some research regarding this and found out in the State of WI, Endodontics are required to send the required software disc along with their CBCT Scan. WI Endodontic-Mayfair did not do this and attempted to place the blame on the Oral Surgeon's system. For the brief time actually speaking with Dr Chybowski and her insistence on TMJ referral, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend WI Endodontics-Mayfair nor Dr. Chybowski. It seems like the CBCT Scan is the money maker and referrals for TMJ aren't far behind. I also believe that Dr. Chybowski could see the amount of decay and placement within the Molar with the PA Bitewing....my own General Dentist could see this on her PA Bitewing of Molar 18. I just wanted to see if WI EndodonticsI could have done a root canal and saved the tooth, but it turned into another stressful, expensive nightmare for me.

The Technician double masked also explained new equipment. A special machine with tube near my face took the air near us back into the machine.
