As an adult I didnt want to go into braces, but he assured me that he could get the results I was looking for using invisilign trays. After a little over a year of treatment, I can say that my teeth have never looked better. Not only was he able to deliver the results I was looking for with my son, but he was able to correct problems I've bene dealing with for the last 30 years. My wife was so surprised by my results that she also entered into treatment to fix some crowding in her lower teeth, and in less then 12 months she could smile with confidence. When my fixed retainers broke (the glue came off), they were able to get me in and fix it right away. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Her staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr. Hernandez's bed side manner is par none. Therefore, I…read moretried to get a "First Visit" appointment on Monday, 12-FEB-2024, and I called their telephone number twice (the number displayed on their website) once before 5pm, and once at 5:30pm, but no one answered. Their website shows that they are open until 7pm. Therefore, being unable to call, I tried the CHAT window on their website. At first, there was no response. Then, after about 20 minutes, there was a response. I asked for an appointment, and I was offered the next day or the next Thursday. I wrote that anytime on Thursday (15-FEB-2024) was fine. But I never received a response. I tried also to use the "First Visit" link on their website to fill out forms and paper-work, but it always failed. It is now 17-FEB-2024, and I never received a response for the time of an appointment on 15-FEB-2024. Therefore, I decided that there were already too many red-flags (unanswered phones, unresponsive CHAT, failure to follow up on scheduling via CHAT, and web-site errors attempting to download forms via "First Visit"), and decided to try to find a different dentist.
