Get an ugly sweater for our upcoming party. Not only did they have a plethora of sweaters, they came to play with a whole bunch of assorted holiday apparel. And was it expensive? No, not at all. There was a sale on the holiday apparel, as well as an extra 25% off if your rewards member. Pro tip: you do not have to be a credit card holder to be a rewards member. Now all you have to do is put your phone number in after you quickly register for free and you get the perks. Gone on the days when we used to have a store credit card for these things. Also, I felt like such an old lady at the checkout. Now, this location has self service checkout kiosks. And even though I thought I was smart enough to use one I kept on beeping because the security tag was still on my ugly sweater. Staff came over to help and they did not make me feel dumb about it at all. They also explained to me how to properly use the kiosk as I was completely doing it wrong. And for the holiday season, it wasn't too packed. The stores kept nice. There was so much stuff that I really kinda wanted to go back and shop for myself . I went to the Tanger Levi's store and had a HORRIBLE experience. Issac the sales person was helpful…read moreat first, but he was very unprofessional. As we were looking at the jeans, Issac was saying that a manager was complaining about how the store was messy as he was folding clothes. The back shelves were disheveled but as a customer I didn't need to hear that. When I asked about certain jeans, Issac and the other sales girl gave misinformation about length. I actually found the lengths I needed on the shelf after searching and he just said "Oh.." After finding about 8 jeans we were ready to pay and let Issac know that we were ready to purchase. Issac said "okay" and headed to the register. As Issac gets to the register, he says "You know what? I'm going to close out the registers and she, meaning the other girl who just started ringing another customer, can help you after she's done." Really? So instead of ringing us up and getting us out of the store as you close, you're going to close out the registers which comes before the customer?? Ridiculous! Issac needs to be retrained on customer service, the sizing and lengths of the merchandise and not complaining about management in the store. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! We ended up ordering the sizes that Issac said didn't exist on line. NOT GOING BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!

I used to take it to Target and Costco. Today I'm carrying some shoe donations to Fleet Feet. When I travel to Florida or Connecticut it's perfect for clothes and because it's cloth I can slide it under a seat. I also don't have the added weight of a heavy backpack in addition to the contents. I have had clothes and other accessories so I can safely say the Tommy Bahama merchandise holds up over time. I looked all around and could not find it. I called the store first thing in the morning and Alexa answered. I asked if anyone had turned in a diamond and she said no and looked quickly and did not see it. She took my name and number and said she would keep looking. i really thought that was in. She called me back within 5 minutes and said she search and found it. When I went in to pick it up I tried to give her a cash reward which she turned down and said she was just happy to do a good deed. What an amazing employee!
