He told me he was going to be a while because he was dealing with a customer. No worries, I waited for him to be done. After waiting 45 minutes for him to finish with the customer, someone else came in and the salesman (Leonard Simon) told me that I had to wait because the person who came in was a "paying customer" and I wasn't. Very rude and disrespectful. Never coming in this place again.

She has this nasally voice and sound like she's whinnying when she talks. I was in this location on Saturday to redeem my Gap Cash and she asked me if I wanted a fitting room then shortly after asked me if I was ready to check out. The moment I said "Yes" she made her way to the register only to call someone else up to handle the transaction. To make matters worse she was off to the side having a conversation and when the girl who was ringing me up answered her she said "I'll tell you after your customer leaves" Listen, It's EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL to even think this is okay when you are an employee let alone the Manager. I refuse to buy anything in this store going forward if she is working. I don't need to hear how you have your kid $300 for Christmas and all your other personal BS. What I need is for you to be a Professional Adult and ensure you and your staff behave in a Professional manner as well. The back room with clothes was the most disorganized mess of trash I'd ever seen. A cardboard sign reading "linens" with anything from wash cloths to pillow cases crumpled together, a few piddly garments hung in a back corner for "children" from 3 months to 5t, carelessly.. A waste of time entirely. I can see why I was the only person there other than the cashier's friend. 2 thumbs way down.
