We stopped in here on Wednesday night with a bit of an emergency. My husband had to leave for a funeral the next morning and all of his suits had not been worn since pre-COVID and of course none of them fit. My husband is 6'3" with shoulders like a linebacker and a longer than average torso. Nothing standard seems to fit, yet the store manager managed to get him decked out head to toe in some pretty well fitting items. He took my husband's and my tastes into account and used humor to make the emergency seem like less of an emergency. We will be back after the funeral to get a few minor alterations that they recommended but overall, he looked pretty darned good! He also found some extra long ties off the clearance rack (who knew they had extra long ties?!? Not me!) to make the final price tag a little lower. Really great service overall. I will be back for Christmas shopping now that we have all of my husband's hard-to-fit measurements. Thank you!! read more

They had 62L for my husband and the clearance prices are ridiculously good! We walked away with around $800 in discount on suit jackets. I make 221k a year and today I was treated like garbage in their store. my wife (who makes 88k) and I are going on an Alaskan cruise, which will be our 11th cruise and I was in the market for a new suit, new shirts, shoes, socks, belts, the whole 9. and I'm talking for 3-4 days of this kind of dress. i was never welcomed in the store, the black gentleman ignored me hard, the young kid never acknowledged me, and then finally I had to make contact with the bearded guy. Once I told him what I needed he was very nice, so I asked him where men's warehouse was. As a retired Military veteran I'd expect more. I used to shop at Jos. A Band in person and online in NC, but I'll never set foot in this place again! Any yes, if anyone from this crap store wants to contact me, please do. P.S. Went in today and Lorenzo helped my husband find a great suit at a fantastic price. We needed it for a trip in two days. Lorenzo helped him find a great suit for the occasion that didn't need alterations other than the pants needed a hem. After finding nothing in a suit at Men's Wearhouse that would work for my tall husband we gave Jos A Bank a try. Our tall sales associate William L was very helpful in steering us to custom suits that were on a 2 for 1 special. The suits are beautifully made and he got exactly what he wanted including a perfect fit. William also has a good eye for accessorizing with ties and shirts. Although I doubt my husband will ever need to buy a new suit again we would return here in a heartbeat. The prices were by no means in expensive but we got good value and husband looks strikingly handsome in his new duds. read more

Products here are very nice and of high quality materials. I have shopped here for years and always had different experiences. All of the staff is always very friendly except for the store manager. On separate occasions I have noticed the condescending way he treats his staff. The first time I got fitted for suits, he ignored my requests and tried to push products on me that I had no interest in. He came across very self-righteous and with a know-it all attitude. The few times I have been in the store I have overheard him talking about other customers and I was shocked by the sexist remarks I heard him make regarding women walking in front of the store. I came into the store with my wife only once, and we left immediately without buying because she was uncomfortable with him staring at her. I love the products of this store and would frequent the store more often if he wasn't there. I believe the store would have a better shopping environment without him. I have dealt with other salesmen and none have used the used-car salesman approach like him. For someone who folds shirts for a living you would think he would be level-headed and friendly. For the money I have spent at this establishment I would at the bare minimum expect decent service especially from the "store manager". I would highly recommend purchasing online. Rip-off. Bait and switch artists. Lured in by their website, but then I met their sales staff. Angie took me directly to the most expensive suits. NEVER AGAIN! manager Kathy was very unprofessional and she and the staff had no system or process for custom orders very unorganized . the experience started bad by the manager and staff loosing measurements for entire wedding party then the blaming game began. staff actually blamed bride for their mess ups! had to redo measurements three times due to all the confusion amongst staff just to get started. all managers very disorganized no compassion for customers. it started bad, middle was bad and ending of process was even worse they mixed up two pair of custom pants forcing one of the groomsmen to wear his pants extremely long and the other groomsmen to have to wear his pants down his buttox to try to make them longer so pictures wouldn't look bad all due to their "mishap" with no time left to correct. UNBELIEVABLE! they offered extra points and coupons to try and compensate. they even offered 75% off another suite like we really want to go back after the horrible experience, what a scam not worth the very expensive prices. wonderful customer service from all the staff when I dashed in and asked to use their phone to call my son to get his shirt size for a wedding happening in a little over an hour, The young man, whose name I neglected to get, who found shirts for me quickly and offered to steam out the packing wrinkles, a few minutes later I was on my way with two shirts on hangers ready to go. Had a best friends wedding this weekend and we had rented nine tuxedos. Only two of them fit perfectly at the time of pick up. Five of them needed small adjustments and were ready for pick up on time. The last two had pants that only reached to the middle of the calf. They were pants for children. Not measured and not checked by the staff until the six foot grooms men came in to try it on. The wedding was out of town and we were assured they would send the replacement pants to the store where the wedding was taking place. They were sent to the original store and so two grooms men did not have pants that fit and when we talked to management at the original store all they said is we could do twenty dollars off. They were also rude, demeaning, unprofessional and all around not helpful. I will only go into this store if they were to give me money back because they were not worth anything but time wasting trouble and made what should have been a great wedding into a stressful experience. Do not work with them and do not believe their promises. Use your hard earned money at a place that cares about their customers and not about their sales. If I could give them Zero stars I would. Two groomsmen came from Texas and had no problems with their local Jos. A Bank. Leading to the conclusion that this specific store has horrible customer service and needs a complete over haul in their staffing. read more
