He is among the top three barbers I have had in my life. That says a lot because I have been seen by roughly 75 or so. They have a little dog who is really the best kind. It does not jump on folks, it does not bite things, or bark. It comes to say hi, you pet it, and it leaves you alone. The shop also allows local vendors to advertise in the coffee shop that is adjacent to the store. Excellent cross selling opportunity. The folks decided to play some really inspirational YT series today. But seem like they mix up the media variety to accommodate different audiences. Would like to advertise my business if there if permissable. Not sure who to contact. Overall, great shop. Small tip: make sure the soap and sanitization stations are filled for some of the patrons throughout the shop.

The Motion Café has a simple digital menu offering a variety of coffees incuding Cortadito, Matcha Latte, Colada, and Americano with protein drinks and a few sweet treats. Chatted with the owner and MJ who brewed me a hot cup of Colombian blend espresso coffee. Very nostalgic pop-art decor including large cartoon themed graffiti-style canvas artwork (loved Popeye and Brutus) hanging on the walls. ENTERED A RARE STORE…read more.. Not too many five star Starbucks that I have visited but this Vizcaya Plaza location in Plantation hit that prestigious five stars this morning. I yelp an average of twelve hours per day and start my mornings off early hunting for new places with outgoing staff, food and most of all clean bathrooms. Noticed a beatifully manicured frontage and a large easy access parking lot with a wide posted handicap space right up front and center. Upon approach of the front doors, many people sitting in the front patio sipping coffee and eating muffins while chatting and laughing - were off to a good start. I open the door and immediately was bombarded by a strong, "Good Morning and Welcome to Starbucks", by two entertaining staff. Immediately, checked the bathroom which was spotless, but oddly no paper towels, only an air blower, and still have to turn off the sink water lever - so difficult to properly clean your hands - probably a corporate monetary savings. Anyways, super clean store with a straight forward wall menu and easy to grab fresh muffins, cakes and cookies. Additionally, they offer gift cards, olive oil and bags of fresh Starbucks dark roasted beans. I order the American Coffee with cream and sugar from the barista for $3.00 and took a seat on the comfy sofa chair. So, im sitting comfortably relaxed drinking my simple coffee creation and watched for over an hour as customer after customer piled into this store grabbing their coffee by online pre-order. These staff members including the manager, knew the names of each customer except ME- lol, the customers names are labeled on the pre-ordered coffee cups, but I introduced myself and gave him cudos on my interactions with his well organized business. Other managers should take notice. This Starbucks should be the poster child on how a business should be run on a daily basis. There are Starbucks stores everywhere, but I will drive out of my way for this location.

The one closest to me is awful and has gone downhill even further so I tried this location which is just up the road from me. For the third time they've left out part of the order AND cannot seem to understand how to place a frosted donut in a bag NOT UPSIDE DOWN to keep the frosting from being squished and smeared all over the inside of the bag. That literally defeats the purpose of a FROSTED donut since now there's no frosting on the donut, but rather on the bag instead. This morning's Uber eats order from here is my last ever because as of this morning, this is my third order from there where they left out the whole reason MOST people order from Dunkin. The coffee. I ordered a frozen coffee, medium, 3 cream, 3 caramel. Guess what wasn't in the bag when I got the delivery? And before whoever runs this location jumps in and BLAMES the Uber Eats driver (since this was what the other store did on my public review of their location), the bag was SEALED. They did not take the coffee. They also did not DUMP the donut in the bag upside down. Your people did. It was inside the sealed bag, on top of the other food, between the carboard drink carrier (which did not have my drink in it), so there is no way the driver did it. Maybe there's so many customers that you all don't care, but you all need to do better because you know dang well if you were in your customer's shoes, you would NOT be happy with not receiving what you ordered and/or receiving something that was improperly handled. DO BETTER. What has happened to proper customer service? Has that died because there's so many people in the world now that you still make your money and don't care? Dunkin' is now on my DO NOT BUY FROM list now. There are plenty of other places that offer coffee and donuts. Maybe they will appreciate the business and do better by their customers.

When you finally get to the window, it can literally take another 10 mins to get your food. The cars are backed up and honking as its taking so long and people are angry. The staff is nice, but clearly overwhelmed and run it like a 1 person business. The food is not good. Donuts are fine. But the Wakeup wraps are either cold, with the cheese not melted, or partially cooked. I have had it 4 times and it has never been cooked correctly, Needless to say, the store has major management issues. even though its convenient, i cant recommend this location in any way.

When they're good, they're good, but it's always a toss-up. At my recent visit to this location, there was one girl working by herself and I felt so bad for her. She was running back and forth taking orders (the line was sort of long) and making the orders herself. She was doing her best, but the line obviously took forever and my drink was just okay. I don't blame her though; management really needs to schedule at least 2 people at a time, especially for such a high-traffic spot.
