My wife and I were there for over 5 hours trying to get this approved which had involved with service advisor to speak with them. I would like to say to Benny Wong whom was very courteous upon arrival, to providing updates, and doing anything that was needed to speed up the process. Not only did he provide information needed to this warranty company but was an advocate as to the time to get it approved to providing photos as to why it was unsafe to drive. I got to say it was miserable, my husband came out of a procedure that morning off of anesthesia as we needed to get this fixed. I can not say enough to a tremendous thank you to both Benny but also the manager for taking the extra step and installing our new tires. Then doing absolutely nothing to fix their mistake. My family has completed three transactions with this dealership, including the lease buyout of our vehicle on December 31, 2025. During the lease buyout, we were advised to keep our existing plates and were asked to pay our 2026 vehicle taxes, which we did. Several months later, we received new plates and a second 2026 tax bill for the same vehicle. Despite numerous calls and follow-ups, we've told that they will handle it. The issue remains unresolved. What has been most disappointing is the lack of communication and follow-through after the sale. We paid dealership fees expecting the registration and title work to be handled correctly, and we should not be responsible for paying taxes twice due their administrative error.
