I went to another doctor in the area and it was a horrible experience from the moment we stepped foot in the square box they called a waiting area. While this facility has a small waiting area (and small overall) it was super clean, the facility was modern, the front office staff was timely and professional. They even answer emails and get back to you quickly when you have questions. Their website is up-to-date and has the forms you need so you can fill them out BEFORE you get there. The PA came in first actually spoke with us and took her time, then the doctor came in Dr. Vazquez also took the time to talk with us, etc. While the other doctor I saw dismissed us as if we were overreacting, this doctor understood our concern and agreed on labs, xrays, etc. Overall, we are pleased with the service we have received thus far.

I took three sick days--legitimate, documented--and was told I was "unreliable." Yet lateness and inconsistency were common across the staff. When I asked for a written explanation (for unemployment), I was ignored for two weeks and then sent a vague response and a link to the unemployment website. This office doesn't seem to value transparency, empathy, or basic professional respect--even to those representing their front desk. Patients should be aware of the kind of workplace culture they're supporting. That speaks volumes about how people are treated behind the scenes.

Their office is clean and the room where I was told to wait for the doctor to see me had a wonderful view; it almost made me forget why I was there and what I wanted to ask. I was taken to a different room to run some breathing tests on me, and the assistant was absolutely supportive. She helped me relax and had much patience explaining to me step by step instructions on how to proceed to get a great diagnosis. Doctor Salazar was right on point with the medicine that he prescriptived to me as my symptoms have fully disappear.
