We communicated frequently throughout the process, and the team was always responsive, transparent, and committed to delivering outstanding results. They took exceptional care of our home throughout the popcorn ceiling removal, including changing our HVAC filters weekly to minimize dust. They even helped us repair a broken window that wasn't part of the project, and they showed remarkable patience and compassion in accommodating unexpected neurological challenges on our side. They handled every obstacle--including two unpredictable water issues and coordinating with our HOA as applicable--with professionalism, creativity, and a consistently positive attitude. Their craftsmanship is exceptional. Our custom fireplace is absolutely stunning, and the redesigned bathroom countertop and sink make much better use of the available space. Throughout the project, they made countless thoughtful enhancements that elevated both the beauty and functionality of the home. Poplin Construction exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a team that combines exceptional craftsmanship with integrity, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients, I highly recommend them.

Every single time I need them they answer and send somebody out the next day. There are times of the year where they're busier, but generally speaking they can come out very quickly. Their quotes are always detailed and fair and they send them out very quickly. When I wanted more explanations of the quote, I was able to talk to somebody on the phone who kindly spent a lot of time with me and walked me through everything. They offer a discount if you agree to do the work within 30 days and it's a pretty significant discount. To an already competitively priced quote. The work they do is excellent. It's top quality truly. They don't make a mess and they fix everything to top standards. I've never once experienced a problem resulting from the work they've done. I haven't had the best luck with local contractors, but roof savers is the one company in town that I have absolute peace of mind with. A+ company. I don't even think I'll get quotes from other places ever again. There's just simply no need when I have somebody like roof savers that I can trust.

We were very happy with the quality of their work, which is ultimately the most important thing. Unfortunately, we did experience some communication issues with Ronnie's Handyman Services that affected our overall experience. First, we had someone come out and provide a written estimate, but one of the requested items was initially left off the list. We were also given a half-hour arrival window, but the workers arrived an hour later than expected. Additionally, we had originally scheduled to have our shower re-caulked but canceled that job after having it steam-cleaned. Unfortunately, the office did not communicate this change to Dylan and Carlos, and they walked into our freshly cleaned shower wearing their work boots. They did their best to clean up afterward, and I appreciated their efforts to address the situation. Finally, they charge a $20.00 credit card fee. With the downpayment and final payment, it is $40.00 unless you mail a check. Overall, we were very pleased with Dylan and Carlos and the quality of their workmanship. My concerns are primarily with the office communication.

I was still under warranty so I called. The guy on the phone looked up the address and said yes, I was still under warranty. I asked if he could deal with my real estate agent since I was not in Tucson anymore and it didn't seem to be a problem. However, now that I about to close on the house, my agent called them back to get status and the 1by1 guy swore at him and hung up. So, I called them myself and they guy said that they need the warranty papers and receipt since they do not have me in their system now due to a system changeover. That seems shady. When I told him that he said I was in there last time I called a couple weeks ago he said that he was just looking at the stuff my agent sent but my agent didn't even know about them the first time I called. So, I feel I have been lied to and my agent treated like garbage. I guess I will file a ROC report on them since they seem to want to get out of doing any warranty repair work. They did a nice job on the roof, I will give them that. Just don't expect anything down the road if problems arise during warranty.
