After being in our new home for a little over a year I received an email from Conrad stating that rates had dropped significantly and he wanted to know if I was interested in refinancing? After running a bunch of calculations and seeing what I was going to save not only monthly but in total interest over the life of the loan I went ahead and refinanced again. Fast forward to March of 2020 I was seeing rates starting to drop again so I reached out to him this time and I told him I wanted to convert from a 30 to a 15 year loan and also consolidate some things and he was able to give me a phenomenal loan with exactly what I wanted. Now here it is in February of 2021 and rates have completely dropped to levels unheard of and I was able to refinance one more time using Conrad to a new 15 year loan that is so low it feels scandalous ;o) Over the last 10 years of working with Conrad I have had nothing but a fully professional experience. If I remember correctly he's been in the business 25 years or so and it shows in how he treats his clients and his knowledge in all portions of the original home loan and refinances. Also over the years I have handed out his name and number to dozens of my friends, family and co-workers and not one person has come back with any type of negative experience from working with him. If you or anyone you know is looking to do any type of home loan or refinance I can say without a single doubt that you will have a great experience working with Conrad. He and my agent had a good working relationship and together ensured I was able to put forth my best and strongest offer on whichever home I bid. In a market as competitive as the bay area, it's of utmost importance that your lender is able to perform under pressure. Something that I got from Billy that I haven't gotten anywhere else was his willingness to really put in the hours without any guarantee of payment. He locked my rate, front-loaded my underwriting, and provided a letter than I could attach to my offers to say I was basically as good as cash. This confidence from my lender allowed me to waive mortgage contingencies to make my offer nearly as attractive as a cash offer. I bid on a lot of houses. 10+ at least. I eventually found my home after adjusting some expectations. And every step of the way, Billy was always available for a phone call. He was extremely clear with his communications, and left nothing to assumption. Lots of lenders have issues with factoring RSU income. Billy made it happen.
