From our very first conversation, Conrad impressed us with his professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge of the process. He communicated clearly and consistently, making every step of the mortgage journey feel smooth and stress-free. He was also always available and returned messages in a very timely fashion. What truly sets the Mortgage Lab apart is Conrad's attention to detail and genuine care for his clients. Even after closing, he went above and beyond by catching an error made by the mortgage company that we would not have caught for months. Thanks to his sharp eye and quick action, it was corrected immediately - saving us time, money, and potential frustration. Conrad is a rare find: reliable, thorough, and truly invested in doing what's best for his clients. We can't recommend him highly enough, but we will absolutely work with him again in the future. If any of the above sounds like the experience you are looking for, there is none better than the Mortgage Lab!!!

I have worked with Conrad Engler four times in the last 10 years. I used him for the first time…read moreback in September of 2011 for the initial purchase of our new home. After being in our new home for a little over a year I received an email from Conrad stating that rates had dropped significantly and he wanted to know if I was interested in refinancing? After running a bunch of calculations and seeing what I was going to save not only monthly but in total interest over the life of the loan I went ahead and refinanced again. Fast forward to March of 2020 I was seeing rates starting to drop again so I reached out to him this time and I told him I wanted to convert from a 30 to a 15 year loan and also consolidate some things and he was able to give me a phenomenal loan with exactly what I wanted. Now here it is in February of 2021 and rates have completely dropped to levels unheard of and I was able to refinance one more time using Conrad to a new 15 year loan that is so low it feels scandalous ;o) Over the last 10 years of working with Conrad I have had nothing but a fully professional experience. If I remember correctly he's been in the business 25 years or so and it shows in how he treats his clients and his knowledge in all portions of the original home loan and refinances. Also over the years I have handed out his name and number to dozens of my friends, family and co-workers and not one person has come back with any type of negative experience from working with him. If you or anyone you know is looking to do any type of home loan or refinance I can say without a single doubt that you will have a great experience working with Conrad. He is very personable and goes out of his way to get you the best rate he can at the best price point that makes sense for each loan. Over the last 10 years of home loans and refinances Conrad has to have saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars per month off of my monthly payment and probably at least a couple hundred thousand dollars in interest over the life of my loans with all the consolidations I have been able to do. Conrad if you read this I just want to say thank you for always taking care of me, my friends and my family over the last 10 years. You are appreciated ;o) Jason S.
