After being in our new home for a little over a year I received an email from Conrad stating that rates had dropped significantly and he wanted to know if I was interested in refinancing? After running a bunch of calculations and seeing what I was going to save not only monthly but in total interest over the life of the loan I went ahead and refinanced again. Fast forward to March of 2020 I was seeing rates starting to drop again so I reached out to him this time and I told him I wanted to convert from a 30 to a 15 year loan and also consolidate some things and he was able to give me a phenomenal loan with exactly what I wanted. Now here it is in February of 2021 and rates have completely dropped to levels unheard of and I was able to refinance one more time using Conrad to a new 15 year loan that is so low it feels scandalous ;o) Over the last 10 years of working with Conrad I have had nothing but a fully professional experience. If I remember correctly he's been in the business 25 years or so and it shows in how he treats his clients and his knowledge in all portions of the original home loan and refinances.
