Not only have they guided us through each step with great professionalism, communication and care for details, they also provided a top-notch presentation of our home, which resulted in immediate offers above asking price. In contrast to other brokers who were solely focused on Dollar per sq/ft numbers and "comps", Heather and Steve 'got' our home from the start and were able to sell it well above the estimates the other brokers gave us. We simply could not have made a better choice! If we could, we would give them a bonus star for also just being awesome people.

We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Jose kept us informed, answered our questions, and helped guide us through each step of the sale. We especially appreciated his ability to communicate with both owners and make sure we were comfortable with the decisions being made. Selling property can definitely have its stressful moments, but his patience, professionalism, and sense of calm made a big difference for us. He kept us informed without flooding us with noise, answered questions quickly, and walked us through the parts that usually stress people out: pricing, showings, offers, inspections, and timing the two transactions together. When something came up, he stayed calm and explained the options clearly so we could actually decide instead of guessing. What stood out most was that he treated both deals with the same care. Selling and buying at the same time is a lot, and he handled the moving pieces so we didn't have to chase anyone down. We always knew what was happening next. If you want a realtor who listens, stays patient when the process gets messy, and actually follows through, Mark is the one we'd recommend without hesitation. Highly recommend LuAnn for any real estate transaction in the Davis or greater Sacramento area…read more My family and I interviewed about seven agents we found through Yelp, and LuAnn stood out immediately due to her experience, track record, and the quality of her marketing and sales materials. She was knowledgeable, organized, and refreshingly not pushy -- a stark contrast to some of the other agents we spoke with. It ultimately came down to her and another agent I'd become friendly with, and LuAnn's professionalism and candor made the decision clear. We hired her to sell an inherited home in Davis that had significant sentimental value and decades of accumulated belongings. She was patient and supportive as we spent nearly three months cleaning, sorting, and conducting an estate sale. Throughout the process, she and her team -- including Anna Huang from eXp -- added tremendous value. Anna helped design and renovate the home, addressed City of Davis inspection requirements, and guided us through every repair and inspection issue that surfaced. The staging was excellent, and the video and social media marketing were outstanding, making the home shine online and attracting strong buyer interest right away. If you have any questions about LuAnn's marketing strategy and execution -- including how she helped turn a $700,000 home into a $900,000 sale -- ask her about our White Horse Davis property. LuAnn also provided a comprehensive list of inspectors, helped us resolve buyer‑side concerns, and kept the entire process on track. Most impressively, she secured a buyer and got the home into escrow within about a week of listing, even though other homes in the White Horse neighborhood had been sitting on the market for months. We achieved the pricing we wanted, felt supported the entire way, and genuinely appreciated her professionalism. I would absolutely use LuAnn again for any future real estate needs in Sacramento, Davis, or even Irvine.

Amanda had so much patience with me and was with me every step of the way through the buying process! Amanda and I worked together to find several listings that were in my price range and had the qualities I was looking for, and I was lucky enough to find a house that I loved in just a few days. Throughout the buying process, Amanda was so helpful! She would set up inspection appointments, make sure to be at the house for inspections, and keep me looped in as she learned more about the quality of the house. When I started to worry more about the older age of the house, Amanda provided recommendations on the types of specialty inspections I might want to pursue, and how we might use the information learned to negotiate my offer with the buyers. And she helped me negotiate a great offer that reduced the cost of the house and helped me to permanently buy down our interest rate! My partner and I have now lived in my house for 6 months and we love it. We're working to spruce up the backyard and are enjoying making the house our own. I'm so appreciative of all of Amanda's efforts to help me purchase my first home, and would highly recommend her to others who are looking for a amazing, local realtor! P.S. A few days before I got the keys, we had a massive storm and Amanda, unprompted, stopped by the house to make sure it was safe and standing, and sent me a bunch of pictures. WHO DOES THAT!? Amanda does!

I've worked with many agents in the past, but none of them have had the level of care, dedication, and genuine kindness that Jenny has for her clients. From the very first conversation, she was already planning every detail for my sale. She gathered information, created a clear plan, and sent everything to me right away. What impressed me most was how she stepped up when she realized I was handling everything on my own. She went out of her way to help me find contractors for the house. When one contractor didn't work out, she didn't give up--she went above and beyond to find another one for me. She even helped me find a gardener and arranged for someone to clean up my yard so the home would be ready to list. She didn't just act like an agent; she made me feel like a family member, like a little sister was helping me get through a very stressful time. Thanks to her hard work and guidance, my house sold in less than two weeks. But what really makes her special is that her care didn't stop once the house went pending or even after it sold. She made sure everything went smoothly all the way through closing so I didn't have to worry. She checked on me while I was staying in a hotel waiting for the transaction to complete and made sure I was okay. Jenny also fought to protect the value of my home. She worked with other agents and helped them and their clients understand the true worth of the property so I wouldn't lose money below the listing price. That meant so much to me, especially with everything I was going through. Even after closing, she still didn't disappear like many agents do. She helped coordinate with the new owners to make sure my mail was collected and forwarded to my new address. She truly goes beyond what anyone would ever expect--far beyond the typical job of a real estate agent. On top of all that, her communication is incredible. She is always there when you need her, any time of day. Even when she was out of state, she made sure someone on her team was available to help me. The moment she got back into town, she was texting and calling to check in, asking how things were and if there was anything else she could do. Jenny, Jaid, and her amazing team are more than just professionals--they are a blessing. I will absolutely continue to work with them for any future real estate needs. For me, Jenny is not just my agent. She has become like family, like a little sister and an angel sent to help me through one of the hardest times in my life. If you are wondering whether you can trust Jenny with your sale or purchase, my answer is simple: yes, 100%. You will not go wrong with her. She will be there for you from beginning to end--and even after that. Thank you so much, Jenny, and thank you to your entire team.

Too Long, Didn't Read summary - Zac is great and super happy we went with him to sell our home!…read more First off, I recommend everyone searching for a realtor to buy or list to meet with multiple realtors as part of any good due diligence in a transaction as large as purchasing or selling your home or other property. That being said, I met with 6 different realtors in the Sacramento area in preparation of getting my home ready to sell and 100% pleased we chose Zac! Zac was flexible during our first interaction where he walked the property and provided a lot of value on day 1 - spending 1-2hrs with me to answer questions about the process, his role in the process, and his willingness to engage or disengage to my personal preference for level of involvement. Throughout the entire make-ready process for listing the home, Zac was available to baby step us through each hurdle and provided guidance and tips on how to approach. Importantly, Zac's marketing and pricing strategy is both aggressive and realistic. Many realtors may try to lowball their quoted estimated sale price to manage expectations, but Zac came in at the higher end of the range, but also mentioned the reality of how market conditions are and what can change. Ultimately we sold at exactly what he thought we could get, even with the competitive buyers market we sold in! Zac is also very detail & data oriented, so not only has a 'local pulse' on the area, he is also tracking a lot of the data on the MLS for activity, and I'd constantly receive update emails about a new listing coming out or a listing that just went into escrow or closed that would be relevant datapoints for our sale. It was very clear that Zac was paying attention to us and our listing and ensuring best execution and sales price for us at the end of the day. If you made it to the end of this review, I'm glad you did - and don't think you can go wrong trusting Zac and his team!
