Pricing seemed fair, and they did a very good job of going through the details, and providing the report with pictures to support all of their findings. They offer 3 base packages that you can choose from: Base: Roof, electrical, foundation, plumbing, grading, HVAC Plus: Adds digital foundation and termites Premium: Sewer Scope We also added a sprinkler system inspection. I imagine the prices vary depending on location, and size of the home. We went with the premium and added the sprinkler inspection and came up at just under $1,100. It may vary for others. The team was very pleasant to work with, courteous, and spent time after the inspection to go over some of the main items they noticed in the inspection. I even had a few other items that I wanted them to look at, and they were happy to oblige. We were able to schedule them and have them come out within 24 hours, and they had the report out the same evening that they finished the inspection. Highly recommend!
