1 star -- Extremely frustrating ClassPass pickup experience…read more I selected Nutri Juice through ClassPass today because we were already in the area running errands. I used my ClassPass credits to order three drinks--one for myself, one for my husband, and one for my son. I scheduled all three orders for pickup at 5:15 PM. I arrived at 5:07 PM, but there was a sign on the register stating that the employee would be back at 5:20. Since I was early, we left to run a quick errand and returned at approximately 5:38 PM. When I came back, I showed the employee my ClassPass screen and explained that I was there to pick up my three orders. Because the scheduled pickup time had already passed, ClassPass required me to rate the orders before proceeding. I rated each order 4 stars and showed him the screen, which clearly showed the three orders I had placed. Instead of helping me, he told me there was no way for him to verify that I had actually ordered the drinks and that he couldn't just give me "free drinks." I explained that these were not free drinks--I had already used my ClassPass credits for them, and ClassPass compensates participating businesses for these redemptions. What was especially frustrating is that there didn't appear to be any system on his end for him to verify the ClassPass orders. If the business knew it would be unattended during a period when customers could schedule pickups, there should have been a way to block those pickup times or otherwise prevent customers from placing orders. Ultimately, I left without receiving any of the three drinks, despite having used my ClassPass credits for them. I also recorded the interaction, including confirmation that the drinks were not given to me. This is particularly upsetting because ClassPass does not provide refunds for food and beverage purchases, so I am now out the credits I used for three drinks that I never received. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. I would strongly recommend that Nutri Juice figure out a reliable system for verifying ClassPass orders and managing pickup times so other customers don't end up in the same situation.
