The owner, Brandon, was very patient answering all my questions, and discussing how and what he would clean Because of the recent rains we had to reschedule but he was more than accommodating and very efficient in communication When the wonderful day came, he was thorough: cleaned windows inside and out, the screens and the tracks! Pricing was VERY good. 1000% would recommend working with Brandon.

I used the feature in Yelp to have multiple businesses bid on my job of cleaning the windows to my…read morehouse.  Despite his lack of reviews, I decided to go with Brandon Smith of Clear Shine Window Cleaning; Brandon presented professionally and friendly through your communications.  Although he was not the cheapest bid I received, I decided to give him my business in my support of small, local businesses and veterans---I know firsthand how difficult transitioning back into civilian life can be. Brandon came over at the agreed upon time and on his recommendation, I added on the service of power washing specific areas of the exterior of the house.  I paid him the agreed upon amount and he left.  That night, as I was closing up the house, I realized one of the windows had been cracked.  I texted Brandon and he agreed to come out the next day.  The next day, he came over to inspect the window and took responsibility for what had happened.  He said he would consult with his insurance on how best to proceed and get back to me.  That week, he returned to take measurements of the window.  This was in early May 2020. By early June 2020, he said a professional window company was coming to install a new window only they didn't---they only took measurements.  I gave it a few more weeks and followed up multiple times with Brandon beginning in July 2020; all my attempts to contact him were ignored.  At a loss, I involved the owner of the house who was able to contact Brandon who then blamed the cracked window on my son. I am deeply appalled by the moral and ethics demonstrated by this company, specifically Brandon.  He even went so far as to come into my home, sit at my kitchen table for a chat while I homeschooled my two young children.  Given his blatant lack of character, I count myself and my kids fortunate that a broken window was the only damage he incited that day.  I held off writing this review in hopes that Brandon would resolve this issue but he has not.

Communication timeliness was good. I was shown many photos of previous jobs and after seeing…read morereviews decided to go with them. It was $250 for my back patio and one side of my house. As you can see from the photos, not much difference between the before and after. Also, lack of attention to detail as they sprayed around my fire pit and didn't bother to clean it off afterwards. When I contacted them afterwards I was told the concrete was old and stained which would have been nice to know before they started working if the pressure washing wasn't going to make any difference. Additionally, they had a hard time moving the large patio couch so they left it but also sprayed all over the pillows as seen in the pictures. I was able to move the couch by myself so I'm not sure why two grown men were not able to. The window of arrival was also 9-10am but they didn't arrive until closer to 10:45. I guess you get what you pay for?

His response to my call for possible service and a preliminary estimate was returned promptly, and an appointment was scheduled for the following day. He showed up on time the next day. Prior to starting, he asked if there was anything that I specifically wanted him to focus on. Once the job was completed, he reviewed some observations he made which I appreciated. The overall quality of his work and professionalism are the reason for this 5 Star Review (which would be a 10 if Yelp would let me).

His friendliness is just the right amount - he does not talk your ear off - which I totally appreciate! I am very pleasantly impressed with this young man and I wholeheartedly recommend his service to anyone wanting their windows professionally washed.

I had gotten so frustrated with the spotty windows I had from the winter rains, bird's sitting on…read morethe ledge and doing their business just above them, etc. Having dirty windows is so depressing, but I tried to drag it out for as long as possible as, every time I felt like having them cleaned, it'd rain. Since it's summer time now and the likelihood of rain is almost non-existent, I went ahead and set up a window cleaning appointment. I went to their website and did a cost estimate based on window size, type, number of, etc....and got a rough idea of what cleaning just the outsides of my windows would cost. The final cost would be given once they came out to to their own inspection.....which wasn't too bad....a bit higher than the online cost estimate, but much less than what I paid the last time I had my windows cleaned 3 years ago. Everything went very smoothly as far as setting up the appointment, but due to the busy summer season, they were booked up till the end of the month.....2-3 weeks out.....which was fine with me. I actually took this as a positive sign.....that they're this popular....so they must be good at what they do! Travis and Guy came out today, with all the equipment they needed.....I didn't have to do or provide a thing. I met them out front and showed them which windows were to be cleaned, and they were immediately ready to get to work! Definitely a couple of courteous, hardworking, and professional guys. Since they were working on the exterior windows only, I figured I wouldn't be seeing them much so inquired about the preferred method of payment. Travis suggested I just pass him a check or pay by credit card, and I could go on with my work and they would take care of everything without bothering me......sounded good to me. Incidentally, I chose just to do the outside of the windows since I keep my windows on the inside pretty clean. All I can say is that Travis and Guy did an excellent job cleaning my windows and screens.....I couldn't be happier.....and honestly, when they were done, it literally brightened up my day when I saw how clean and crystal clear my windows finally were! It's amazing how clean windows can actually make such a difference to your mood! Great job guys! I will definitely use you again, as well as refer you to my friends!
