In 17 years the only issue I have ever had was that the workers would not close the gate. I called and that has not ever been the case again. John is welcoming and pleasant and has always been helpful to me. I asked them to not leave cuttings or branches and such from cleanups near my trash can because I am not able to carry them to the street and ever since they take all debris to the street for me. I recommend anyone who needs a good reliable landscaping company to call Country Green.

Customer service is huge to me, and so after a phone message I received from their Coordinator explaining and sincerely apologizing for the inability to connect for that period of time- that immediately quelled my frustration with the company. It's important to be understanding and recognize that sometimes, life happens. I would still recommend Cappiello Landscaping based on their good work, and their professionalism.

Aspen Tree Services of Long Island came and removed several trees from our Suffolk County property…read morein June of 2024. The company came with a large team of both male and female workers; it was evident that the team works like a "well oiled machine" as all team members were actively playing a role in ensuring that safety took precedence and that our property was respected and kept tidy. The team members diligently removed the tree parts and debris as soon as the remnants of the trees touched the ground! We received estimates from 12-15 companies, but Aspen had the most competitive price(s)! Ralph is the owner and he was an amazing, dedicated man. He stayed until 7:30 at night to ensure that ALL of the multiple stumps had been grinded down on the same day that the trees had been removed. We would absolutely, without a doubt, hire this company again: if we need additional tree services! Please note that the company willingly shared proof of insurance (Certificate of Insurance) and proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance, which eased our worries as customers! (Many other tree removal companies had been hesitant to provide such important information at the time when their estimates had been given.). We are grateful that this information was shared with us at the time of the estimate and without any awkward hesitation. Here's the company's website with the phone #: https://www.aspentreeli.com/ Christine from Smithtown :). Date of Service: June 27th, 2024
