Marvin Perla, the owner, power-washed my neighbor's deck and front steps. I approached him to ask…read moreabout the services he provides and their cost. His price was competitive, so I hired him to clean my driveway, sidewalk, and steps to the main entrance. Marvin arrived at the scheduled time and began working immediately. He did an excellent job and then sealed the driveway. It looks beautiful. I've always recommended his company to acquaintances. I urge anyone looking for power washing to give him a call.

So we called him again to do it this year, primarily for our pool deck and patio deck. For one, he was about to leave without doing the pool deck and he actually left without doing the main deck, instead he ONLY did the house and charged us a hefty price for it as well. So when we called him back to come and do the main deck, not only did he avoid us for a good two days but when he finally picked up, he said he would be coming on Sunday to do the main deck. The morning of, he texted my husband and says that he'll have to increase the price again to do one deck. This is utterly unprofessional, and I am so disappointed because I have been giving him steady business for the last 2-3 years. I understand the cost of everything has been increasing, but in order to keep solid client base you should be able to work with your existing clients. Please do better. I can't say I will recommend him to anyone.

Flaky to schedule with and didn't do much for my home's exterior…read more Scheduling: I needed to follow up with these guys a couple times when they missed their time window or didn't get back in touch with a time. Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.

Let me say he is thorough, he power washed my driveway multiple times until he was satisfied with how it looked. The price was very fair for the amount of work performed especially since I know the sealer is quite expensive. Not only do I recommend them but I have saved his info for next time.
