Aspen Tree Services of Long Island came and removed several trees from our Suffolk County property…read morein June of 2024. The company came with a large team of both male and female workers; it was evident that the team works like a "well oiled machine" as all team members were actively playing a role in ensuring that safety took precedence and that our property was respected and kept tidy. The team members diligently removed the tree parts and debris as soon as the remnants of the trees touched the ground! We received estimates from 12-15 companies, but Aspen had the most competitive price(s)! Ralph is the owner and he was an amazing, dedicated man. He stayed until 7:30 at night to ensure that ALL of the multiple stumps had been grinded down on the same day that the trees had been removed. We would absolutely, without a doubt, hire this company again: if we need additional tree services! Please note that the company willingly shared proof of insurance (Certificate of Insurance) and proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance, which eased our worries as customers! (Many other tree removal companies had been hesitant to provide such important information at the time when their estimates had been given.). We are grateful that this information was shared with us at the time of the estimate and without any awkward hesitation. Here's the company's website with the phone #: https://www.aspentreeli.com/ Christine from Smithtown :). Date of Service: June 27th, 2024

Kiel's Tree Care returned my phone call promptly and most importantly showed up at our estimate appointment 10 mins early. Kiel was very patient and very knowledge with all the trees on my property. He asked me what I would like to do with my trees and then provide/discuss his plan with me. Before the schedule work day, Kiel's office called and notified me because of the work load, Kiel might not be able to finish everything in one day, but will continue on 2nd day. I didn't mind at all, but it was nice to have a heads up. Job was done on time in one day and with my 100% satisfaction. I would give Kiel's Tree Care 10 stars if I can. Very professional work attitude. Reasonable price. Super friendly office staff. This job went as smooth as it can be.

Prior experience has taught us you can not just go and prune a large tree any old way unless you plan to remove it later. Jim Dublar came over, reviewed our property and made suggestions for the pruning. We received a well written estimate, with some options to save money. We accepted the estimate and 1 week later the work has been completed. They did a Beautiful job, nice polite crew, and great clean up. Jim came with the crew to begin the project, and returned to review the work with us when it was complete. The price was reasonable, the service was terrific. For our initial meeting, Jim was on time, polite, insanely knowledgeable and patient answering our questions and explaining what he felt needed to be done. Estimate was in line for the scope of the job & the crew needed to complete the job in a few hours. As scheduled, Jim and the crew showed up, on time. Walked through the entire job and with an extremely talented crew, got the job done in record time. There was not a limb, piece of bark or errant stick to indicate that a tremendous amount of work had been done. I have never, and I mean never, experienced the completion of a job where my expectations were not only met but exceeded by miles. You would do well to hire North Shore if you value the investment you've made in your landscaping. You will be in the very best of hands!

I recently hired Allstate Tree & Shrub to do a two day project of pruning trees. We had never…read moreworked with them before. Tree pruning is shockingly expensive. Our project was a five figure project. Allstate provided a competitive bid and worked with us to ensure that we were happy. They worked for hours over two days on our property, brought a significant number of men to work and they worked very hard climbing and pruning trees that were over five-six stories high. They came with a wood chipper and carted away the wood without significant mess. One of the significant things I noticed is that they actually knew their trees and identified the trees by name in their proposal. They were so good that I got calls and emails from concerned individuals about men in the trees with chainsaws outside their windows. I accidentally can now check being able to tell someone "I sent that man with the chainsaw outside your window" off of my bucket list. They gave a date on which they could come and came on that day ready to work. People have complimented their work.
