When asked for a refund I was told the services already provided will be deducted at full price which is bs because again we didn't ask for a scammed discount. This company sucks and scams people. This charge is being disputed with my credit card company. Also, the laser equipment for hair removal and IPL do NOT produce results. I am currently using a Rx work for my age spots and melasma with much better results. So see a dermatologist for that, it's a lot more cost effective. I'be been to other places that have way more effective laser equipment. During one of the appts the laser tech said she was very thourough and always would always do two rounds to get better results. But last appt she did one quick pass around the face and appeared to be in a quick rush to be done with me. The only service that worked well for me at Myspa was the facial peel. Two estheticians at different locations noticed that instead of my eyebrows lifting, the Botox caused my eyelids to droop. So I never went back there for Botox. I did the micro-needling on my under eye bags, which was very painful, and it was supposed to be a few weeks or more for results....well the results were minimal if anything at all. I also was talked into doing Restylane filler in my lips, which was supposed to take a few weeks for full results, but would last for up to 4 years. Well, my lips are still just as thin and droopy as before I spent a fortune on the Restylane. I wish I had just done Botox instead of these 2 procedures that did no good and cost a fortune.
