As a new homeowner in East Nashville, I wanted a professional to come take a look at a few trees on our property that I had concerns about. I called a couple of places and left messages. Peter called me back right away. He and his co-worker came out (even in the rain) to assess our property and my neighbor's too - who walked around with us as we looked at my various trees. He gave us VERY reasonable estimates, so we are very pleased with that. They weren't pushy at all. They were extremely helpful with advice and patient with our questions. I can't explain how pleasant and informative the visit was! We are both definitely choosing this company to take care of our properties' tree needs :) Absolutely - hands down - the greatest personalities! Add expertise and affordability, how could I choose anyone else?! read more

So glad our neighbor recommended Jones Tree Care- as we needed a couple of trees removed from our backyard. Firstly, Peter is a certified arborist which is a huge plus! He knows what he's talking about and gave us some great advice on our other trees. Communication with Peter was stellar. Him and his crew arrived on time and got the job done quickly and carefully. They did a beautiful job cleaning up when they were done. Their cost was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Jones Tree Care and will definitely be using them again should the need arise! read more

Peter Jones, owner of this company, just seems like a good guy. He's also a Certified Arborist, so I'd feel comfortable trusting him with serious tree work. In this case, I just needed a couple of small hollies and as many boxwood bushes as possible removed from my front foundation planting. I think Peter did a very good job at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend or neighbor. read more

Our beautiful large tree in the front yard was taken out and hit our home during a bad storm. Jones Tree Care was not only Professional but also caring and understanding on the phone. They were knowledgeable about insurance as well as how to quickly take my tree off. They did a fantastic job and had excellent customer service. They also happened to be the BEST PRICE in the Nashville AREA! Hands down if you have any tree care needs they are the ones to hire! I would call them again and recommend them to any of my family or friends for any tree care needs. They are more than AWESOME - they are the BOMB! read more

Peter came out and gave me a fair quote and then completed the job in quick fashion with great expertise. Peter was very aware of the the trees needs and what it could tolerate as far as the trimming of the job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. read more

My husband got in touch with Peter to have two trees removed from our yard. We were on a waitlist with another company and fortunately Peter had time in his schedule to help us get rid of the problem trees. One tree was infested with bugs, and Peter took time to explain the situation and help ease my fears about removing the tree. Peter actually did the work himself along with another guy, so it was comforting knowing the person I had talked to would be doing the work himself and not be farming the job out to a crew. He also took time to answer questions I had about other trees on our property, and didn't make me feel dumb for asking them. I definitely recommend Jones Tree care for fast reliable and personal service. read more

As a new homeowner, I want to make sure that anyone I hire to do work on or around my house will do the work with my best interests in mind. Peter and his crew were able to meet my budget and provided conscientious, professional service as well. I have a tree that I wanted to have some limbs trimmed from, but was concerned about the tree's general health. Peter came out and assessed the situation, assured me that the tree would be fine, and made some other suggestions about how to trim it. Now, my backyard garden has even more sun, the tree is happy, and I'm happy. I also had some hollies that were close to the house which I wanted removed - he cut as close to the ground as he could and then gave me a recommendation for a stump grinder person to use, who was wonderful. read more

After getting multiple bids, we went with Jones Tree Care because they offered the lowest price and I just had a good feeling about the owner, Peter. Jones Tree Care did an awesome job for a great price on a large and difficult tree that was hanging over my house. Peter Jones is a great guy and the rest of his crew were also professional and courteous. I would recommend him to anybody. read more

Love love love Peter and his company. We had them do a pretty big job- removing 4 mature trees that were right up against our house. He even had to bring in some special equipment but the job got done promptly and with no problems. He's great to work with and gave us the pros and cons of keeping and removing the various trees and helped make our decision easier. He clearly knows his stuff, loves the trees, and cares about his customers' satisfaction. What's not to like?? read more

If you have pesky Bradford Pears and you let them grow, without proper maintenance, they're gonna split, break and fall over, guaranteed. Such was the case in our front yard. I would have cut them down myself but this was one of those jobs that required bringing in the pros with the right equipment. Out of 5 tree services called, only two responded in a timely fashion and the first was Peter Jones. He's a busy guy...running a crew and bidding jobs. What I appreciated about Peter was his expertise (certified arborist), he's East Nashville based and his one and done price. Here's what needs to be done, here's how we'll do it and here's what it will cost and we'll be there at 8:30 AM on Monday. They were on time, Peter supervised getting one tree off of our house damage free, and his capable crew took down the other tree, ran it all into the chipper, cleaned up and hauled it off. They were done in 2 hours and on to the next job. These guys are pros, knowledgable and friendly. First and only call I'll make in the future. read more

An excellent company that delivers excellent work! Peter was very helpful; and though Hermitage is outside of his usual area of service, he came to us on a Saturday to look at our trees and came back the next day to do the work. We felt his price was more than fair and, as stated, his work is excellent. A bonus is that he and his partner (Josh I believe) are both pleasant, polite, articulate, and knowledgeable young men. Without a doubt I would reccomend Jones Tree Care! Thank you Peter and Josh! read more

A company with heart and soul and love for what they do. This is the place to call if you and your trees need care.

Tried to get a quote for a tree trimming or removal... Nothing... Good indication of poor service.

We used Jones Tree Care to remove a dying tree from our property, as well as to trim a few spots hanging over our garage. He gave us a very reasonable estimate and seemed extremely knowledgable. His crew was professional and punctual as well and did a great job. All nice guys and easy to work with. I'd definitely use Jones Tree Care again if I have any tree care needs. read more
