Not bad for "free" but this would be a huge disappointment if you paid an entrance fee to use. The…read morelounge is small. It's narrow, with not a lot of seating, and a lot of unnecessary dividers taking up valuable space. The food selection is limited, usually a couple of warm finger foods and a cold meat wrap, alongside a small salad bar. There is also a small selection of drinks and a soda fountain, Although good luck getting to any as usually staff are stood in front of it talking, or getting in your way attempting to be helpful. This area could definitely do with a refurbishment. There's virtually no plugs for charging or powering a laptop by any of the seats, and the bathroom is cramped and falling apart. That all being said, the staff at the welcome desk very very pleasant and made you feel respected and appreciated for your loyalty to Air Canada.

This is a sad sad lounge. It is small and food was not great like all AC lounge. Good thing is that…read morethey have alcohol. They don't even have magazine and newspaper for their travelers on their airline. They have very very limited computers and cubicles for someone who wants to do some work in private. What is even more sad is that they are located across from the Premium Lounge. You go up the elevator and if you turn right it is Premium Lounge and if you turn left it is the sad Air Canada Maple Lounge. The Premium Lounge looks busy all the time. AC Lounge just looks sad. Food doesn't even look appetizing at all. They have a fountain pop machine that looks old and outdated. So glad it is free for me. If I had to pay this would be double sad.

Came here for dinner as we are staying by the airport and this was close by. There was plenty of…read moreparking. The place has a patio, a lounge, and restaurant side. The decor was very interesting inside - truck stop meets hunting lodge meets car show meets old gas station. The atmosphere and vibe is very cool. The food was great. My son ordered the kids spaghetti and he wolfed it down fast. My daughter had the brisket sandwich which had good flavour. My wife had the Jack's burger and it was quite large and tasty. I had the Reuben and a clam chowder. Really great sandwich and the chowder had lots of clams in int. We really enjoyed looking around to see all the different decorations around the inside. Our server was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back if we come through again.

The decor was changed for the upcoming Halloween which I found a nice touch. Our server was friendly and kept up with our beverages. Our meal was good though if I was to order the taco salad I would go beef and they definitely could use more nacho chips what you see in my picture is all I got maybe 8 if lucky nine chips. My companion really like the thick Texas bread with the Monte Cristo and he enjoyed the crispy fries. While we were dining and a live band started to play it ruined our experience because it was extremely loud so we were screaming at each other. On top of that the band was racing through the song, drowning out the lead singer which seems he wasn't comfortable singing.
